The Upper House

During our recent stay at Upper House, we were truly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and genuinely committed to ensuring our experience was perfect. The serene atmosphere and luxurious amenities allowed us to unwind completely. What stood out the most was the emphasis on wellness throughout our stay. The wellness care services were top-notch, providing the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate our minds and bodies. Our time at Upper House was a delightful retreat and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of luxury and wellness care in a tranquil setting :)

We had such a enjoyable stay celebrating birthday and anniversary. We absolutely love everything, the design, the vibe, the staffs are so welcoming and professional especially the Front Desk staffs. Afternoon tea was great, breakfast was omg so delicious, it totally worths the price. The staff are super nice 👍🏻 too! We love the digital curtains and amazed by the spacious bathroom and living room 🛋️ . I personally love the coconut water in the minibar 🥥. We got gifted a birthday cake, balloons and gifts from the hotel. The ganache cake is so yummy! 3’ is perfect to share, we couldn’t even finish it, not too sweet just on point! 🍫 Special big thank you to K Ma, Sharon Lo and Michelle for makitng such a memorable experience for us. Would definitely recommend this paradise to my friends and would love to return in future!

The room is big, service is nice. Meanwhile, mini bar is free , there are different kinds of snacks in it. Cool and special experience

I very much enjoyed my previous stay at the Upper House. Despite my late arrival, the House’s Guest Experience Team made the check-in process effortless, introducing the room to me and arranging the checkout process. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and lunch during my previous stay. I would highly recommend the Harbour View - the sight at night is breathtaking!

This hotel experience was incredible! I stayed here for work and it was both luxurious and practical. I had enough space in my room to work comfortably while enjoying my stay. The bath, in-room yoga mat and the hot yoga on offer, allowed me to relax when I had any breaks. The bar and dining experience on site is also amazing and I would definitely recommend heading there for a night in.
