The Upper House

We had a pleasant stay at The Upper House Hong Kong. The location is excellent, well-connected and convenient for getting around Hong Kong. Our room came with lovely city views, and the thoughtful interior design was a real highlight. The understated, refined aesthetic made the room feel calm and comfortable. Would consider staying again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

We really enjoyed experiencing WITHIN at Upper House. I love how the hotel brings art into the House itself, transforming its familiar spaces into part of the performance. The experience was immersive, with the movement, lighting, and atmosphere making us see the hotel in a completely different way. The themed drinks afterwards were also a lovely touch and a perfect way to end the evening. Thank you to K Ma for the wonderful recommendation. We would not have wanted to miss it!

A very special thank you to Edward, K Ma, and Gigi for taking such wonderful care of us and making our anniversary celebration so memorable. My wife was especially impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and all the thoughtful arrangements — they truly meant so much to us. We would highly recommend Upper House to anyone looking for a refined, memorable, and truly special stay in Hong Kong. We cannot wait to return for another celebration!!

Good location where the MTR station and tram were very convenient to get to the hotel, yet a shopping mall is nearby! The room was clean and tidy. The services were excellent no matter in room dining or at the restaurant, Salisterra. Thank you Edward, Gigi, Sharon Lo and Maisie for the special arrangements. We’re impressed! :)

The most amazing experience and worth every cent. Having stayed at several lower priced options in Hong Kong in the past you can really see where the value goes. The room was huge and the bathroom was just as big. The service was phenomenal even allowing us to check in despite arriving at 6 am. Highly recommend if it’s in your price range.
