Excellent Service
The Halepuna Waikiki was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were warm and kind, the room was stylish, spotless, and had a beautiful beach view. With a stay of three nights or more, complimentary parking and breakfast were included—both a great value in Waikiki. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything you want and more
Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff. Large clean room and bathroom. Large outdoor pool. Great sea view from our room and balcony.

HALEPUNA Waikiki
HALEPUNA Hotel on Waikiki is everything I expected it to be. In walking distance to shopping, dining, and the beach. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms clean and spacious. The hotel staff very courteous and accommodating.

Not the Experience I Hoped for as a Repeat Visitor
I’m a repeat guest and this was another birthday trip, but sadly it was disappointing. Even though I requested and paid extra for a better room, it was far from ideal. Unlike my last stay, there was no birthday wine, and the 5th anniversary beach bag I reserved was forgotten. Overall, the service felt far below expectations.

Decent hotel
Room size was small, but it was clean and well-maintained. Rooms did not have plastic bottled water but metal water bottles were given that could be filled at fountains and reused. Its a good clean hotel, close to waikiki (10 min walk) The no view faces the side of another hotel. Laundry room has only 4? machines? Every time we went to try to use it it was occupied and we gave up,
