It was a great experience overall—just be prepared for a lot of walking, so make sure you have comfortable shoes. There are many great places to eat nearby, and our favorite was happy hour at Yard House, just a 2-minute walk away. We also want to give special recognition to our housekeeper, Boni. He went above and beyond, always greeting us with a smile and keeping everything perfectly clean. Outstanding service! On Boni’s day off on New Year’s Day, Mary made sure we were well taken care of and that our room was perfectly maintained. Outrigger truly needs to appreciate them as a team—they both provided exceptional service!

Mary is the best housekeeper! If you are lucky enough to stay on her floor, you will have an even better trip than you expected. She knows you by name and goes out of her way to make sure you have the best time. She is so funny, sweet, and truly upgraded our stay. Thank you Mary! -Madison

Beautiful trip, great location right on the water and by the shops. We were SO LUCKY to stay on Mary’s floor. She is the sweetest housekeeper ever. Learned both our names, said hello to us every day, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She made the experience so homey and welcoming.

Even though the hotel and beach were busy, it was so beautiful and everything we could want or need was so close by! The room is absolutely gorgeous. Plus, Alex was super understanding and helpful when we messed up our booking.

Our family of 5 recently spent 2 days on a staycation at the Outrigger Reef Hotel. We checked in with Minh Luu at the front desk. What a wonderful first impression, sincerely welcoming and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay...the proximity of the hotel to the beach where we saw turtles and a seal sunning on the sand and great restaurants. The property was well maintained, and our room on the 3rd floor of the Pacific Tower was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool and with a partial view of the ocean. We met your employee Mary who was responsible for the cleaning of our room and thanked her for the superb job. She was friendly and gracious, and was very concerned that all our needs were met. They were, in large part due to her efforts. Thank you Outrigger Reef for a thoroughly enjoyable staycation!!
