Reviews for Prince Waikiki

An excellent place to stay and focus

This was a great place to stay and I had an excellent time from start to finish! Staff was super nice and helpful and the room was amazing! Looking for reasons to go back to Oahu just so I can stay here again!

Love everything about this property

We love the location of this property. Not in the heart of Waikiki but close enough to walk there and to Ala Moana Center for shopping as well. The hotel personnel are all very professional and care about their guests. The rooms are well appointed with an awesome ocean view.

Our Third Wonderful Stay at Prince Waikiki

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Pamie (I hope I spelled her name correctly 😬) at the front desk, along with Cecilia, our daily housekeeper, provided excellent and genuinely pleasant service throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our visit even more enjoyable. This was our third return stay at the Prince Waikiki within the past two years, and each visit has been consistently wonderful. We always choose an ocean-facing room in the Ala Moana Tower (our stays were on the 29th, 22nd, and again the 29th floor), which offers beautiful views of Magic Island, the surfers, the yacht harbor, and the spectacular Friday night fireworks. It’s a view we never get tired of, and it’s one of the many reasons we look forward to returning again soon. As mentioned in my previous surveys, the limited number of self-parking stalls for hotel guests was the only drawback we experienced, particularly on Friday nights. Both nights during our stay the parking area was very full, likely due to the hotel’s excellent location for viewing the fireworks. It would be greatly appreciated if management could consider allocating additional parking spaces for registered hotel guests during peak hours. Other than that, everything about our stay was excellent. Mahalo nui loa!

Best Hotel hands down

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Always fantastic in every aspect of the stay. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. Excellent. It is our 4th year now. The previous 3 were spent there healing from after surgeries at Moanalua. This time, no wheelchairs or ambulance trips. In every aspect Team Prince was there to assist us. While there in late February, we enjoyed it again with no Surgeries. Being from the Big Island we have to have most major Medical there on O'ahu. we always stayed at The Prince to recover from. It is great healing place for us. Mahalo Nui. See ya soon again

Amazing Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

My spouse and I chose this hotel for our 10 year anniversary. We've been wanting to stay here since the first time we visited and we are extremely happy we did. Everything from the check-in process to the check-out process was wonderful. The rooms are large and they all face the ocean. They have two large windows that slide open so we could get fresh air. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Our room had a small refrigerator and they provided us with two refillable water bottles which we used throughout our entire stay. The bathroom was large and the bidet had a heated seat which was a nice surprise. All of the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location as the Ala Moana mall is a 10 minute walk. There is ample street parking around the hotel if you chose to rent a car, and it costs $1 per hour to park. If you're looking quite possibly the best hotel in Waikiki to stay at, give Prince Waikiki a try. My wife and I will be staying here whenever we come visit.
