We celebrated a proposal tonight and everything was perfect. Maurice made our night one to remember forever, I truly owe him my deepest gratitude. John was exceptional from start to finish, dining with my new fiancée was a joy with him taking care of us. Both of them provided an experience of a lifetime and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you to all of the pool staff being in on the big question and accommodating, you are all amazing! It was a perfect day thanks to the Pool and the 100 sails staff. You all truly made my dream proposal come true. Cheers to you all!

The staff all welcomed our family with open arms. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Hotel is amazing , our kids could not get enough of the pool / hot tub. The view from the room was unreal. 1st class operation here !

John Kevin was extremely great assisting us. He was very friendly and nice. And for Rochelle for helping us set up this amazing dinner. Will definitely be back because of the great service and view we get to see from our table.

I stayed for two nights after booking through the Amex portal. At check-in, I was not informed about how to use the $150 credit. It was frustrating to find out later that Katsumidori Sushi Tokyo, located in the hotel, was not covered by the credit, especially since they charged the meal to my room bill. The coffee shop, at least, was upfront about requiring separate payment. "The rest of the stay was fine, but the experience above dampened it.
