Overall, great for local families and close to the Happy Hour restaurants like Chart House. Not far from Hilton Hawaiian Village and other tourista-spots. Beautiful, queen rooms (esp. oceanside) and quality overall. We even ate at the Japanese restaurant Katsumidori which was excellent (pricey) but hig-quality service and food. The pool is nice and quiet if you go before 10am. We went at 7am and it was peaceful, jacuzzi, ocean views and all. Plenty of towels to use, yay! Easy to get an Uber from Waikiki back to hotel. Will cost you $10 plus tip, that was a Monday night in July. Totally worth it if you don't want to spend 20 minutes walking back.

Visited with my family of 3. We were celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday and they were kind enough to have a card with cheesecake and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. The Prince is in a perfect location, right across from Ala Moana mall at the end of the Waikiki strip, which was perfect in terms of foot and car traffic, but most especially noise. While the area is busy, the location of this hotel felt a lot calmer compared to the other hotels located in the middle of Waikiki. The hotel itself is gorgeous inside and out. The rooms are clean and well kept. We booked an ocean dock view and that was exactly what we got. The view overlooked the dock as well as the ocean, it was beautiful, especially with the big windows which do open! All staff from the doorman, to the front desk, to room service, were pleasant and accomodating. Everyone always had a smile on their face. The pool is great, however, we barely used it both because we were at the beach more often than not, and it got pretty windy the 2 times we visited the pool. Nevertheless, great photo op in the evenings. Family friendly but not filled with too many kids, which for me is a plus since I don't have small children. Although pricey, parking is convenient and worth the cost. We had room credit which we used on our last day to order room service. The food arrived in under 30 minutes and was pretty good. The coffee place downstairs has incredible coffee, if you are open to paying a few extra dollars, it was worth it to me. Everything is practially walkable from this hotel. Would 100% stay at The Prince again. Here is a list of the things I loved: Friendly staff Clean hotel Updated inside & out Great bathroom (bidet toilet) Water stations throughout Towels available for the beach Easy access to food & shopping Great coffee downstairs Great view from room Not too noisy Away from Waikiki chaos but still close enough Conveniant parking garage

The customer service was amazing. The hotel and its proximity to shopping and restaurants was great. The hotel, the views and rooms are wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Enjoyed every moment of our stay We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel gave us access to the Club Lounge where we got to witness a wonderful sunset. The lady on duty, Janie was excellent and when she knew we had a special menu request she arranged for special food for us. She was simply excellent. My below comments are based on personal observations. Room: spacious and excellent on the 31st Floor. Good view of the Pacific Ocean and conveniently located near the elevator. Bathroom: Very good. Housekeeping automatically refresh supplies and clean the room daily. Room Service: Did not use this for ordering food. Location: Excellent. Close to all the main attractions and restaurants. We did our Viator tour from the Hilton Hawaii Vacation Resort - only 10-minute walk. The sunset cruise terminal was about 15 minutes away by taxi. Check-in: Excellent. Done very fast and smoothly. Staff: were friendly and the Front Desk promptly got us taxis when we needed one. Parking: if you are driving you will have to pay about $45. We opted to see the island with organised tours thereby saving the cost of parking and being able to see much more, Breakfast: Very nice breakfast. Concierge: Friendly and helpful. Swimming Pool: Very good. Nice to swim here during sunset. Amenities in the room: Room has a coffee brewer and a fridge. Double Glazed windows - In our room on the 31st Floor we could not hear any noise from outside. Coffee brewers: Excellent. We had very good coffee in the room before departing for our tour. Overall: Great experience. The hotel is quiet and has a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment of our stay because we felt like guests and not as room occupants. Munir Daya
