Prince Waikiki

My Spouse and I held a Wedding Dinner for 74 people in the Private Naio Room at the 100 Sails Restaurant - Prince Waikiki. The location, atmosphere and affordability was perfect for hosting. We appreciate the staff especially Willene and Harold who made sure our guest was taken care of. The overall cost was as expected & we believe it is a must venue for special events.

Room 2402, our housekeeping staff Marilyn was excellent!!! Thank you for her service and hospitality.

I stayed in the Club Level for seven nights in March 2026. I had a wonderful time. The room on one of the top floors was nicely appointed and had a spectacular view over the marina and towards the sunset. I value quiet and I didn’t get disturbed by neighbors at any time. During my trip a leak developed from the ceiling onto a closet door and the hallway carpeting. I was quickly reassigned to a room in the second tower. This transaction was very smooth. Interestingly, it was a hugely rainy period and there were leaks in two of the three exterior elevators that I used. All staff whom I encountered were very pleasant and eager to help with anything I needed. Prince Waikiki is part of the Japanese Seibu Prince Hotel collection. I’ve stayed in their Prince Kitano in Manhattan and the Prince Akatoki in London and am impressed by the quality of services offered. I recommend Prince Waikiki.

Susynne is an excellent room service attendant. Very friendly and ensure room and rest area is clean. Always ask if theres anything else to make our stay comfortable.

I stayed at the Prince Waikiki while on vacation this past summer. This month (March) while visiting my son we were evacuated due to the storm (flooding). It could have been a very stressful time but our stay at the Prince Waikiki made the situation much more bearable. Thanks to the staff for everything!
