Great facilities, early check in when room is available! They clean and tidy the rooms everyday and gave toiletries too. Morning rush hour 7am to 8am slows the elevator and the amount of people that want to get a ride down. We walked via stairs from 14th floor to the street level 😉

We had a terrific stay at the Outrigger Beachcomber. The hotel is really well located in the heart of the action. The rooms are very modern, clean and stylish. Sometimes I find hotels in Waikiki a bit dated so this was a pleasant surprise! My room was serviced to a very high standard each day by Ana with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. I did ask to change rooms as I found the outdoor air conditioning noise a bit loud. Cyrus at reception was excellent to deal with and he sorted it out quickly and professionally. He also accommodated a few of my other requests for a kettle and different pillow very quickly. I also had a great view from my room on the balcony. It's worth paying for an ocean view.

Very nice, clean and the staff are friendly..Michael n alyzza at the front desk outstanding, awesome customer service, the view is very beautiful and the shops n restaurant are in close vicinity very convenient..mahalo n aloha till next time
