A perfect Oasis in the Heart of Waikiki
We had very high expectations of our stay at the Halekulani. We had eaten here numerous times over the past few years and always had good experiences which had tempted us in to staying at the Hotel on our next visit. The Rates are high and so we did worry whether we should consider the stay good value for money but immediately we arrived our minds were put at rest. Check in was friendly fast and efficient and we were given a lovely room overlooking the pool and Pacific Ocean. The room was clean and comfortable and had a luxury feel. The air conditioning was working well and the bathroom was large and well supplied. Each day House Keeping took care of all the details and we felt very well looked after. We ate in House without a Key multiple times where we thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment (and the Mai Tai's) and the Sunday Buffet at Orchids restaurant was as good as we remembered (though a little disappointed the price did not now include a welcome glass of Prosecco though we had booked it before they changed this option. Minor detail though and it did not spoil our experience. The pool staff are very attentive and although a busy hotel there seemed to be enough sun beds each day. The staff generally were very professional and friendly and the entire Hotel felt quiet and relaxed the entire time despite being busy and being in one of the busiest parts of Waikiki. We cannot wait to go back !

Housekeeping were exceptional!
We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The housekeeping staff were exceptional — so warm, attentive and professional, they really made our stay feel special. Beautiful atmosphere, lovely facilities and overall a really relaxing experience. Thank you to the team for looking after us so well.

Visit to Waikiki
Luxury and quiet accommodation at the heart of Waikiki. Great service, very good cleanliness, friendly personal, pools are nice with chairs always avaialble and a great jazz bar.

Such a wonderful stay at this hotel - words alone cannot describe the beautiful setting and excellent accommodations, much less the food at the restaurants. We will definitely be back as this is the best hotel in the Honolulu area.
