I analysed every hotel before booking and given the cost I wanted to be sure I’d be happy… wow what an oasis, you are in your own world. Staff were amazing - from Alfredo by the pool, to John and Marisha at breakfast to the lovely check in staff and house keeping they are all so pleasant and courteous. Close to everything but quiet too. Surreal to have experienced such a hotel. Thank you.

Simply the best hotel in Waikiki!
We loved our stay here! We stayed for 4 nights for a total of 5 days, and we brought our little ones with us. The thoughtfulness and service provided at this hotel was one of a kind! The staff were very nice and accommodating, and the hotel rooms were clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the oceanfront view and the time spent relaxing at the lanai - hearing the music and the sound of the ocean. The location is amazing, the center of Waikiki and walking distance to the Hawaiian Royal Center. My kiddos enjoyed the pool and miss this hotel already. We can't wait to come back!

Best hotel in Waikiki
We travelled as a couple and had a recent three night stay at the legendary Halekulani. Elegant, restrained, peaceful, oceanfront property with beautiful views and luxury hospitality. Rooms are large and spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming and you can tell many have worked on the property for years. The Mai Tai at the Halekulani exemplifies the heritage of the property, proudly being made the traditional way with plenty of lime and is definitely the best in all of Hawaii. Hawaii is the most magical place and the Halekulani is the perfect hotel to enjoy your time there.

Second stay in three years. Love this place. Very relaxing atmosphere. Very accommodating staff. Nice quiet retreat from the noise of Waikiki. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend
