Halekulani Hotel

I just had an absolutely blissful lunch at Orchid with a beautiful view of the water, coast, and mountains. The food was delicious. I had a fresh caprese salad, mouth watering gnocci that were sublime, and a heavenly cream pie that is their signature dessert. The service provided was exceptional and impeccable by David and John. I cannot think of a better place to have lunch in Honolulu… or for that matter anywhere🙏😊

Perfect getaway retreat for a rejuvenating experience. Staff, rooms, restaurant all first class. You dont need to go elsewhere and can just relax at the hotel. Now - finding an affordable deal is another experience.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Waikiki. Exceptional staff ensure a perfect stay. The choice of dinning venues is great and the food is excellent. If you want a great experience is every respect, the Halekulani is the place.

I almost don't want to share, because our experience was so great. This hotel truly welcomes you to paradise. From the moment you exit your vehicle you realize you have stepped into what vacation is suppose to be. There is pure joy on everyones face no matter what job they are doing. Obviously the HR department is quite picky on who they hire. It was crazy but I didn't find one person who seemed out of place. This is a well run hotel experience.

A lovely oasis in the rather unpleasant frenzy that is Waikīkī. The Halekulani is a beautifully run hotel. The rooms are pleasant if not particularly memorable, but the service stands out as being akin to luxury properties in Asia rather than the lower standard of mainland US locations. The occupancy level was fairly low during my visit which made the pool area, the restaurants and bar particularly pleasant, but I get the sense that this is a very well trained staff that would deal with a full house quite successfully. A call out to Jeff at the bar at House Without a Key and the pool and breakfast servers who all were warm, offered prompt and professional service and always conveyed a sense of welcome.
