Excellent Pool and Views
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was outstanding from the 18th floor. We really enjoyed the pool and would have loved to spend more time.

just ok
Our stay was just okay, nothing special. The rooms were clean but small and not as modern as I would have liked. The location is still far from the beach and somewhat tucked away. The staff didn’t seem very attentive. I will not be staying here again when I return.

A hotel you'll want to stay at again
The hotel is beautiful and has a very quiet atmosphere. The staff always greet you with a smile. It's also close to the sea and in a very convenient location.

Exceptional place to stay in Prime area of Honolulu
Impressive and exceptional 4.5 stars hotel in Prime area - Lilly (front desk) is truly exceptional - highly professional and friendly, offering complimentary wine for the return visit. - also received a call how to keep the packages to arrive earlier the re-checkin - highly professional - the bell boys are very effective and professional (especially the bald gentleman - sorry didn’t see the name tag). Helped keep my baggage while visiting Maui and Kauai.

Situated in a great location, the vibe at this hotel is very upbeat. It is peaceful and quiet despite being in a high traffic tourist area. The team here is very friendly, the breakfast is wonderfull, and the pool is a quiet getaway from crowded streets. Don't miss a chance to enjoy this unique property!
