The Kahala Hotel & Resort

Just wow. Sayuri took excellent care of me for the entirety Ke'Aloha package. Was the massage the best? The soak? The facial? Her attention to detail? Or how much better my entire body feels inside and out after travel and too much sun. I'm in love.

From the moment you arrive, it’s easy to see why The Kahala Hotel & Resort is such a special place. The beautiful setting, peaceful atmosphere, & classic Hawaiian elegance make it one of Oahu’s truly memorable resorts. Our stay, however, didn’t start out quite as we had hoped. What could have left us with a disappointing impression instead became one of the reasons we will return because of the exceptional way the Kahala team responded. We especially want to recognize Front Office Manager Reiko Hirose. Reiko personally took the time to listen to our concerns and handled everything with warmth, professionalism & genuine care. She didn’t simply address the situation; she made us feel that our experience truly mattered. Her efforts completely changed the direction of our stay & made the remainder of our time at The Kahala exceptional. That level of service is what separates a beautiful hotel from a truly great one. Problems can happen anywhere; what matters is how they are handled. Reiko & the Kahala team demonstrated exactly what five-star hospitality & customer service should look like. The Kahala has earned our recommendation, our appreciation & most importantly, our desire to return. Thank you, Reiko, for making such a difference in our stay. We look forward to returning to The Kahala on our next visit to Oahu.

Kahala Hotel & Resort is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Oahu island. It is tranquil and has all of the Hawaiian amenities and ambience with easy convenient access to everything - beach front, pool, spa, shops and restaurants along with a wonderful golf course. The service level is the highest , and I Highly recommend it!

I enjoyed brilliant stay as usual. thank you very much. Just one thing i would like to ask is eBike. it would be grateful if you can prepare eBike that makes us easy to stroll toward Waikiki and other places.

This resort is simply outstanding. The service is conscientious and superb. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. It compares very favorably to Kapula Bay on Maui. It’s beautiful, peaceful, relaxing. Located away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. If you are looking for tranquility, this is your place. We cannot wait to return.
