The Laylow Waikiki, Autograph Collection

We spent 7 nights at The Laylow in September 2026. The accommodation was quiet clean and comfortable. our room did face into a multi level carpark, however we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so that didn't bother us at all. The Hideout Cafe was great for coffee and breakfast in the morning, catering for all types of tastes and fussy eaters. The Cafe was also great for afternoon cocktails, reading a book in the sun/shade, bar snacks and finger food, and evening live music. Everything you needed was catered for. The pool area was great with pool towels available. There was a gym on the ground floor for those who wanted to use it. A highlight of staying at The Laylow are the staff - they are friendly and remember you. In particular we enjoyed seeing our housekeeper Nori every morning as we headed out for the day. She was lovely, caring, and friendly - she looked after us really well. Overall, our stay at The Laylow was chilled, relaxed, fun, and fully met all of our needs for a mini break holiday in the sun. We will definitely be back again.

Nice hotel. Great location. staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room attendant Reilyn was exceptional. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast staff of Sara and Clarissa also deserve mention. Friendly and efficient.

We stayed at The Laylow, Autograph Collection for seven days and had such a wonderful experience. The hotel has a great atmosphere, a beautiful design, and was a perfect home base for our time in Waikiki. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was Karen, our housekeeping attendant. She was absolutely wonderful and took exceptional care of us throughout the entire week. Every time we returned to our room, it was pristine, refreshed, and thoughtfully cared for. Over a seven day stay, that consistency really makes a difference and made it feel like we were coming back to a fresh room each day. Karen was warm, attentive, and clearly takes pride in her work. It is often the people behind the scenes who make a hotel stay truly memorable, and she certainly did that for us. We hope The Laylow recognizes what an asset she is to their team. Thank you to Karen and the entire Laylow team for making our week in Waikiki so comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

My family trip with my sisters was spent staying at Laylow Hotel with the best vibes and hotel offering — activities and entertainment, great food and drinks and the Hideout which also offered live music every night. The staff at the hotel made the trip a unique experience — especially Nori who greeted us with her warm smile every morning before she cleaned our room, everytime we returned it was so clean and immaculate. Also special shout out to Kim at reception on a night shift who really helped me and went above and beyond during one of the nights here. I feel Laylow has become my Hawaiian family and I hope to come back again soon!

We had a great experience throughout our stay! The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious! At breakfast Melody was a very gracious and attentive server! We were thankful for our experience and will definitely return!
