Great urban location with lots to walk to
Stayed at the hotel. Great location…the Hideout Bar had excellent drinks, atmosphere, and Chiara our server was excellent.

Great experience
This hotel is right in the middle of Waikiki! You are 5-10 minutes from the beach, and right next to shops and the shopping strip. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Plus for Waikiki, the cost was very reasonable. We booked the hotel with daily free drink package and $100 restaurant credit for the hideout. With all those perks, it made the trip worth it. I want to give a special shout out to Dominick at the front, he took care of us and made sure we had our vacation packages sorted.

Comfortable, attentive but unintrusive
Unfortunately, we are not on vacation. My daughter had extensive eye surgery and unable to fly home to Maui. Our housekeeper Jerome was wonderful. We asked not to be disturbed. When I encountered Jerome in the corridor he always had a big smile and a friendly greeting. Jerome was always available and attentive to our needs. He provided excellent service above and beyond. Jerome is a five star employee. Thanks Jerome! Our stay 8/14/26 - check out 8/19/26 5 nights. Room 1103
