Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head

Absolutely loved staying at the Lotus. Such a well thought out boutique hotel with the amenities and the amazing fitness center. Additionally, at the time of booking we were not aware that the Arden restaurant inside the Lotus hotel was a spot many locals love. We ate at the Arden twice. The rooms are beautiful, with outstanding views and very comfortable beds. A neat surprise was the in room Illy coffee maker that was on point. The one thing that stood out amongst the amazing views and beautiful grounds was the staff, Rhian and Ella always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. They were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. What really stood out was how attentive they were to all the guests and the entire Lotus staff work very well as a team. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience and set the tone for the rest of our stay. In Waikīkī, there are many beautiful hotels to choose from, however our experience with Rhian and Ella and the entire staff, the Lotus will be our choice to stay next time we visit Waikīkī. The Lotus staff are doing it right. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be returning.

We enjoyed the festive decorations and modern lobby, the friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, and the large very clean rooms. My teenage son LOVED the golf simulator in the "living room" lounge and the gym was excellent as well. To cap if off was the excellent restaurant. We would definitely return! Great location as well

We chose Lotus Honolulu for it's proximity to Waikiki yet on the quieter end of the city. The offered amenities were juat icing on the cake. Would stay again! Hotel is vlose enough to a pletherora of restaurants and activities. Uber was affordable and quick when we just didn't want to walk. Just wish temp control worked either cold or off, and a fan in the bathroom would be nice. Had a 9th floor room with amazing views of the mountain, park, and ocean.

Chose the Lotus after sparkling recommendations from others. Although in Waikiki, it is a neighborhood away from the urban sprawl of the major hotel area. We were greeted warmly and the room was available an hour early. It was fully stocked and impeccably clean. Our little dog Peanut was welcomed and participated in your pet policy. We live in Aiea. Theb good part about returning home was it actually felt like we went somewhere nice. The purpose of our stay was to refresh and recharge. We are thankful for that.

very nice but also can be shown as average, I didn’t see much in the service, nothing too special but it was a nice place.
