Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head

This location has it all, and walking access to Waikiki. Here, you see more locals than tourists. It needs a second elevator, but that's about all I can criticize.

Dinner reservation cancelled, no room service despite being advertised, and the front desk told us to walk to a convenience store for wine. Seriously — Hotel 6 vibes at boutique hotel prices. Very misleading and deceptive. Would not stay here again

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, quiet, and offered more amenities than I expected. The room was equipped with slippers and robes. They provided us with beach towels and chairs. The lobby had a fresh water dispenser and a mini fridge with beverages/snacks for purchase. We went to the Arden every day for our free glass of wine. The happy hour specials there were delicious and fairly priced. We walked to the beach for sunset every night. We had a view of both Diamond Head and the ocean! Definitely would recommend to stay here. Thank you to Rhian, Katie, Yoobi, Nikki, and Ella for such warm hospitality throughout our stay!

This was by far one of the best and most relaxing staycations we've had this year. From the friendly staff, guava shots, lemon grass towels at check-in, water bottle that doubles as souvenirs, the espresso machine and most especially the complimentary bathrobes and slippers. It is an experience! Our hard wood floored room was spacious with a balcony that provides great view of Diamond Head. They offer an in room massage session in various time length, beach chairs with towels and room service from Arden Waikiki at a $5 room charge. Close proximity to shopping and other dining experiences but also tucked away within the city limits which made it a prefect mini getaway for the weekend.

Ella at the front desk was super nice and friendly and worked with us to secure a great room when another hotel nearby fell through
