I would like to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the truly outstanding service provided by several members of your team during our recent stay. We travel frequently, and have stayed at your hotel here in Waikiki many times. While the service has always been good it is theses staff members that make it exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made this experience one of the most memorable and enjoyable we’ve ever had. In particular, I would like to recognise Frank at the front desk and voyager lounge, Bernard and Michael at the pool, Hoon at the pool and the Voyager lounge and Alicia behind the bar in the voyager lounge for their incredible service, attention to detail, and sincere hospitality. This is not the first time I have had a wonderful experience with these staff members but I wanted to make sure that after several holidays here in Hawaii and at the outrigger reef they are commended not only for their professionalism but for their genuine dedication and commitment to making our stay exceptional. Notably, these five team members have been present on each of our last few visits to the hotel, and seeing their familiar, friendly faces again was an unexpected joy. The fact that they have all remained part of your team over the years says a great deal about their commitment and the positive culture your hotel fosters. Staff retention of this calibre is rare in the hospitality industry and reflects highly on both the individuals themselves and the company that supports and values them

A great hotel deserves a great review. Strange concept, I know. Usually people only remember to write one after discovering mold, surprise construction, or a shower with the personality of a fire hose. My husband and I make it a point to stay at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach every year, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. From the moment we arrive, we’re welcomed like family. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything we love to do on the island. The property is beautiful, but what truly makes this hotel special is its people. A special thank you to Frank, who always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant staff consistently provide excellent service, and the housekeeping team is simply outstanding. One of our favorite parts of every stay is seeing Eileen each morning. She always greets us with a warm smile and makes sure our room has everything we need. It’s those personal touches that make this hotel feel like a second home. It’s rare to find a place where the staff remembers you year after year and genuinely cares about making your stay memorable. That level of hospitality keeps us coming back. Great location with beach access. The hotel was clean and had a great vibe. Rooms were updated and staff was friendly. Stanley Louis-Charles at the front desk was great!!! He was friendly and greeted everyone with a smile.

A wonderful family stay. Had a partial ocean view room overlooking the pool and with views of the ocean and people surfing every morning. Live music at the pool bar each evening until 9. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening but may be loud if you have young kids that go to bed early. Room is modern and spacious. We never felt crowded for a family of 4. Sink area is separate from the shower area so easy for multiple people to get ready in the morning. Housekeeping was wonderful. Left plenty of extra towels and coffee when asked. Room was cleaned early each day so by the time we returned to the room midday already cleaned. Which was impressive considering the amount of sand my kids left in the shower each night. Really appreciated the wristband keycards as they are waterproof for ocean and pool and allowed my kids to return to the room from the pool on their own when needed. The pool attendants will gladly give you towels to use at the beach. Monkseals were resting on the beach outside the hotel each way. We spent our beach time at fort Debussy park so short walk and quiet location where we could rest our towels on the grass and avoid sandy towels. Pool area was wonderful. I believe it is a salt water pool so no chlorine feeling. Chairs with umbrellas were easily available any time. Lively pool area all the way up until 9 when it closes. Pool bar and food was wonderful. Some of the best food I had in Waikiki. Also the strongest Mai tai I had. My kids enjoyed multiple activities at the cultural center including lei making. The staff there was wonderful. Location is great and a short walk to everything.
