The Outrigger Reef Beach Resort is a FABULOUS experience. We've stayed at all the Outriggers in Waikiki, and this one is the winner. Quiet location, VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL staff. The food and liquor drinks, on the Club Level is amazing. Worth every penny to pay for Club Level. Our housekeeper, Joana L. took excellent care of us and our room. Making sure we had what we needed daily. She's a gem! The entire hotel was renovated a few years ago, and everything is 5-star beautiful. You won't go wrong staying here. We intend to return often. Thank you Outrigger Reef for a wonderful vacation. Your Holiday decorations are gorgeous.

Our stay at the outrigger resort was a great experience. The rooms are lovely, I think that is thanks to the room service they have here. Mary was our floor host and did an incredible job creating a relaxing and clean environment. The location right on the beach is fantastic for quick access for sand and a gorgeous sunrise experience.

We booked this hotel instead of other GHA hotels due to its ranking on TripAdvisor. As a Titanium member of GHA, we purposely stayed at their chains to experience its benefits. We stayed here for 3 nights, 2 under GHA booking and 1 under a third party booking agency, but all was in the same room category. We came early and was told to come back after the official check in time. I came around 4.30PM and was assisted by a friendly and kind staff. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgement of my membership and basically I received no perks whatsoever. I have been really lucky enough to travel quite a bit. And when I travel, I never wanted to demand more due to my elite membership. I always view it as a bonus, but would really appreciate any perks the property would offer me. Thus, I did not say a thing during the check in and check out. The location is definitely central to everything, near the weekly's Hilton fireworks, near the beach, walkable to the malls and restaurants and yet just a block away from the busy Kalakaua Ave, a quieter option for sure. Our room was spacious and comfortably styled. The bed and linens were nice and fresh. The bathroom was good with basic amenities provided. Unfortunately, they only cleaned our room once during our 3 night stay despite choosing the option to clean our room daily. The room also had small balcony overlooking the pool. Although the room could become very noisy, the noise level subsided significantly after 9PM. The final straw of this was when I emailed the hotel 11 days after check out since there was no accrual of D dollars to my account. That was when I learned from their reply that there was no guarantee of me earning my rightful D dollars from my paid stay. In the end, I received my D dollars. I urged the viewers to stick to their Marriott and Accor premium membership to avoid disappointment.
