If you love great service, stay at Outrigger Reef resort. My husband and I recently stayed at Outrigger Reef and had an exceptional visit. The staff is incredible. Every single staff member is joyful, helpful and kind. We truly felt valued. We experienced a small issue and Rick at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve our issue. He was sensitive and compassionate to our needs and we are thankful and grateful for Rick’s service. Our stay was better than we ever expected. We will definitely be joining Outrigger’s loyalty program and look forward to many more stays to come.

If you need a good laugh and a beautiful place to unwind, stop by the pool area and speak with Joenny. He’s always friendly and attentive. The pool area is pristine and offers a refreshing escape on a balmy day.

The pool towel guy Jonny is always helpful, welcoming, and friendly. He is always there when you need help or assistance, and he do a great job of making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. He’s positive attitude and excellent service really help make the Outrigger a welcoming place to stay. John

Outrigger Reef is directly oceanfront in Waikiki. The Hawaiian atmosphere & ohana welcome really went beyond my expectations. The tropical breezes and ocean like colors throughout created an incredible ambience. The bellmen were helpful. Our room was ocean view in the ocean tower so we readily heard the relaxing sounds of rhythmic Waikīkī waves while out on our balcony-what a place to experience the sunrises & sunsets in this paradise! Our housekeeper, Xue Cong was especially warm, knowledgable and took pride in her care of our room and us. I highly recommend the Outrigger Reef!

First time trip to Hawaii with my sister(we are both retired) We were there from 9-2-26 to 9-9-26. From the moment we arrived from the airport, we have never had such exemplary treatment as we experienced at Outrigger Reef Waikiki. Front desk staff to housekeeping to servers and bartenders, all seemed genuinely happy to be there and take care of their guests. Warm, kind, and welcoming are the best adjectives to describe their demeanor. Our room was spotless on the 16th floor with a lanais/balcony view of both ocean and Honolulu. The pictures and videos I sent my family back home got comments like, “it doesn’t look real”(the view, especially evening) The Monkey Pod Kitchen was next to hotel and just a few steps away-we ate many meals during our stay breakfast, lunch, and dinner-they were all delicious. The bar/grill next to pool got our business several times for Mai Tais and Blue Hawaii drinks. Housekeeping was accommodating for towel delivery and freshening our room each day. The bell desk person helped me by checking prices for transportation in and around the island. All in all, it was an unforgettable memory and trip of a lifetime made even more special by the treatment we received at the Outrigger Reef Hotel. Truly the “Aloha Spirit” was communicated to me and my sister every day we were there. Can’t wait to go back-didn’t want to leave.
