Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

The Outrigger Reef Waikiki never disappoints! Thank you to Kanani P. for coordinating our recent stay in a beautiful One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite with Voyager 47 Club access. Kanani, you are the most genuine, kind, and caring person and we are so appreciative for friendship. This is our 4 trip to the Outrigger Reef and it won't be our last. The reason for this is the resorts continued great customer service, outstanding location, and wonderful rooms/suites that are located right on the Pacific! Speaking of the accommodations! We are hooked on the One Bedroom Ocean Front Suite. It is so beautifully decorated, spacious, and has three balconies with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head! We want to shout out to Joanna our housekeeper who always goes above and beyond to make sure our suite was cleaned daily. Joanna, you are the best in the business, and we really enjoyed having you take care of us. The best part of our stay was being able to catch up with so many family that we met on previous stays to include the Bell and Valet crew made up of Miho, Randy, Ian, Deemer, Izzy. Then I would be remis if I didn't mention the great folks working in the Kani Ka Pila Grill starting with Alaina, Hoon, Michael, Bernard, and Selena. These guys are the best in the business when serving up some of the best food and drinks on the island. Thank you guys for continuing to make my wife and I part of the Outrigger Reef Family! Then there is Joeny who is the best pool manager in the business. Joeny you are the hardest worker that we have ever seen and always busy during your shift and never a day goes by where you don't have a smile on your face. See you again soon my friend. Finally, I want to mention Guest Services and the fantastic team that keeps things in motion checking in and checking out guests. Starting with Ambrose, I want to say we have worked with you on several previous stays, and you always go above and beyond to welcome us with a genuine smile and a caring, professional demeanor. Thank you Ambrose for always being there for us! Also, Frank and Ray who are also valuable members of the Front Desk Team. You guys go out of your way to keep the ball rolling and we really appreciated you making us feel like family. Well, to the end, our stay was one for the books! We relaxed, visited with our friends and family, and enjoyed some of the best food in Waikiki. Please accept our sincerest appreciation for another outstanding stay at the best resort in Honolulu. Mary was the best at her job. Extremely detailed and so personable, she made the trip very easy.

We wanted to write a review for our house keeper Mary. She was so lovely and made our experience so amazing. She would greet us every morning by name and went out of her way to always ensure we had exactly what we needed. She was beyond attentive and the number 1 reason we will come back to this resort on our next trip!

Spent 4 nights at Outrigger Reef Waikiki and loved my experience! Everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. Location is great! It’s toward the end of Waikiki beach and right next to Royal Hawaiian Center so you are close to all the action but in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend taking advantage of the cultural activities at the Alo Center - I took lei making and a ukulele class. Our instructor Mark was wonderful!
