Best in town ! Hats off to staff at this hotel !
Amazing experience from start to finish. Wonderful and friendly staff made our stay much more enjoyable than anticipated. Shout out to Eileen who cleaned our room for the week. She went above and beyond making sure we had clean towels daily and everything we needed for our room. In the hallway she always greeted us by name and made us feel like family, not guests. Rick at the front desk helped us with our accommodations after finding out our flight was delayed 10 hrs. Wonderful customer service skills and such a pleasure working with him during our stressful time with airlines issues. The pool staff was also super friendly and nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here so much that we will make this our #1 stay in Waikiki from now on. Thank you, Outrigger reef for a wonderful & relaxing stay! Mahalo ! :)

Happy 41st anniversary
This is an awesome resort. The staff are very friendly and treat you like family. They take pride in their hotel. It is located right on the beach with beautiful views. There are many restaurants and stares for shopping within walking distance. We had a great time here.

What a view!
We were stunned when we walked into our room. The view was amazing and we were right on Waikiki beach! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in busy Waikiki
Big and busy hotel with a small pool and small beach area. The staff are very friendly and food at both main restaurants is delicious. The rooms are big and clean, showers good. Hotel is on a very busy street very crowded with tourists and quite noisy at night. The pool lounge chairs are free, if you can find one in the small pool area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are $50-100 for 3-8 hours. Beach chairs are not run by hotel it seems. No food service on the beach. That said, it is nice to be on the beach side and not have to walk across busy streets with our beach towels.

5 stars for Outrigger Reef
Location is great, very close to the main street of Waikiki beach. The hotel has been renovated so the interior is new. Beach is right next to the hotel. Every staff at the hotel are really nice and patient. Rosaline did a good job for room cleaning.
