Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

Angie was friendly, courteous and very helpful. She made the check in process smooth and efficient while providing excellent customer service. I truly appreciated her professional and warm welcome.

Stayed in a club 1 bedroom suite ocean view and it was perfect. Great amount of space for us with a toddler and infant. There’s a microwave in the room and we requested a crib. Love the outrigger reef location. Monkeypod is right downstairs with great food and live music. The pool is deeper than what I would’ve liked but it’s a nice atmosphere especially later in the day when the sun goes down and there’s live music at the grill. The club lounge was worth it as we were able to get breakfast easily every morning. There was a rotation of pancakes, French toast, waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon. And staples of cereal, bagels, oatmeal, OJ, Kona coffee. Also beautiful view of the ocean there. Special thanks to Frank who always remembered our names and was very nice. Valet was also very nice. The beach is right at the front but we walked about 10 min to an area where we could rent chairs and umbrellas. It was a nice scenic walk. The beach was busy and it was hot! Bring your water shoes also because lots of rocks at the bottom of the water. Overall, this will be our pick of hotel for whenever we go back to Waikiki.

Entirely average day. Cannot understand why this hotel is ranked one out of all the hotels in Holomua. Room at David. Pool is not beachfront. Lounge is like a holiday and breakfast. Staff is very nice. For the price point would not stay here again.

Amazing location, beachfront, the shops are steps away. This experience was only complimented by the warm hospitality that Frank provided. B

This is our fourth time visiting Waikiki, and our second time staying at this hotel. The staff are nice- specially Joenny at the pool, he is extremely hardworking and does his job well. He is truly diligent and very approachable. Thank you sir, Joenny!
