Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

I can't think of any part of our stay with you that was less than ideal. We appreciated birthday cookies, a tote bag (so helpful), the towel system, the room, evening music, the pool vibe, Monkeypod Kitchen breakfast (oceanside), the in hotel shopping, central location in Waikiki, and in general found everything about our stay completely enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room on the "veranda" level was also very fun. We enjoyed the beach, pool, access to good food, and a comfortable night's sleep. This hotel is on a sliver of beach, with broader public beach adjacent. Be aware there is live music nightly until 9 pm (it was great, but if not your thing, you'll hear it anyway). The pool area is right next to a casual grill for snacks, drinks or lunch, and there's a water bottle station poolside (free). We were able to snag a shady chair in the late morning. We saw A'uana (Cirque show) at the sister property - this one is much nicer. The show was also very good.

I loved how our room was always clean and tidy, made by lovel yn, she’s so kind to us and everyone we passed by she would say a warming hello. I hope in the future when I go to a hotel the cleaning department, everyone is exactly like lovel yn.

Great location. Attentive staff. Extraordinary housekeeper Jackie made my stay special. The property is compact but has nice spaces to include waterfront dining at the exquisite Monkeypod.

The staff were very helpful. If you want to stay in Waikīkī the location is great. One advantage this hotel has over many others is if you get a room with two beds you get queens instead of doubles. The one big complaint is the rooms no longer have dressers. There is no place to put away clothes. It was very frustrating.

I had an amazing stay! Our housekeeper was the sweetest ever (Mary on the 3rd floor)! Very accommodating and kind, the best hospitality I’ve experienced.
