As my 1st trip to Hawaii, this “resort” was a complete disappointment. Check- in was great, and then went downhill for the next 7 days. The QR code bracelets for the elevators & rooms are glitchy, an overall pain. The daily blocking of the main lobby area to paint, is a disaster & a major inconvenience for guests which should have been taken into consideration. This type of work should be done at night - period! The constant blaring of the music past midnight ….thanks, especially when trying to deal with a time change. But hey, who cares, right? Now let’s talk fees. $60 a day to valet park because it’s the only option. Then there’s the lovely resort fees that cover pool amenities, WIFI and those refillable water bottles. Well. The WIFI wasn’t available 4 of the 7 days of my stay. They blamed the storm, yet there were no internet outages anywhere except this hotel. And let’s be honest , calling this place a resort is a far stretch. Resorts OFFER compensation when they have issues that negatively impact guests. Food is ok, if you have zero allergies. I think there are better options elsewhere to stay at and I would consider those before booking here. This is nothing more than an overpriced & overrated hotel.

we didn't have any wifi service for 5 days in a row and no apologies or compensation for the almost 100 dollars 4 people in family had to spend

Great atmosphere, great location, food was on point. Great people, my host Sharon was super accommodating while I was working odd hours, but always made sure I had everything I needed! Class A service with a smile! Give that lady a raise! Monkey pod is an awesome little restaurant on the property a nice pool bar/restaurant with great food. I had a great time on my workcation.

Hotel is dated, walls are thin, wifi has been down for 4 days, construction (painting) in the lobby during the day, pool is very small and always full of small children, beach is small, the walk to the big beach is about 5-10 mins. The elevators operate off a QR code wrist band, sometimes it works, same QR code to enter rooms..house keeping had to help open room manytimes. Water pressure is very low especially in the morning, resort dosnt appear to have a plan for high traffic times. Valet parking will set you back 60 a day, which was needed to park a rental. The resort fee says it covers the wifi, (which is down) the work out center, and activities.. Starbucks, Monkeypod, are o site..They had good wings…This restaurant isnt good for food allergies. Im sure its a good stay for some, but as a workd travler, I wouldnt recommend this resort for couples looking to just get away for a quiet time..

The room was so pretty, and all of the stuff is super awesome and helpful. Stanley at the front desk is the best!
