Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort

This was our 2nd stay in this resort. Friendliest staff starting at the valet services, check in, cleaning and the rest of the staff. The location is superb as well! It's in the middle of everything and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go in Waikiki. Everyone enjoyed the beach and pool and the rest of the amenities. They had great daily programs as well which we enjoyed as a family. We will come back again for sure!

Malama set me up with ocean front room with beautiful lanai. 1 zillion times better than what I could find at Outrigger Reef. Outrigger Reef good if you want free breakfast and ginormous rooms, multiple TVs, etc, but if the ocean is your thing, I highly recommend outrigger waikiki beach resort ocean front over Outrigger Reef. Thank you!!!!!

I stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki beach in July for 2 weeks (as I do annually) and once again it's my favorite hotel of all the traveling I've done! During my working years as a Regional VP of Hotel Operations and as Gerneral Manager of 300-400 room hotels, I've stayed at more hotels than I can count and the Outrigger Waikiki Beach is truly exceptional and my favorite hotel. The people make the difference here! Shou Ru always cleans my room and it's spotless when she's done. Karen is on the same floor and has done my room as well and it's always perfect! At the front desk, Makala, Mae, Mamalomolama, Luguya, Rudy and the rest of the staff have taken care of my every request and I've found them to be very friendly and responsive. Their the best! The Bellman have always handled special requests from me and never let me down. Of special note is Skip, Tony, Barry, Geoff, Rommel and Jiro who have gone "above and beyond" for me. Thanks guys! Peter is one of the pool attendants that's really impressed me over the years! If you get the time, stop by and see him in the pool area he'll take good care of you. My room has always been very well maintained so "kudos"go out to the Maintenance Department! I've never had a maintenance request upon arrival, however when one has come up during my 2-week stays it was handled expeditiously and with that "Aloha Spirit". I've already made my reservation for next July and can't wait to go back! To all the staff: thankyou for making my vacations memorable and fun---as you're the reason I want to come back year after year. Outrigger Waikiki Beach---your people make the difference! Very friendly staff and accommodating. We had an awesome stay, and memorable one because my daughter celebrated her 18th birthday there!

Excellent location Great amenities. Every one friendly Have stayed here several times all fantastic. Will be returning at Christmas
