Wonderful Time in Waikiki
While the hotel is currently under renovations, the team there are service oriented. Troy, with the valet team, makes my family feel as if we are part of the Outrigger family. In fact, that is why we returned this year. The location is fabulous - for the beach and shopping. It's centrally located and the views are stunning. Plus, you can't beat the hamburgers at Duke's ( the pie too). Looking forward to returning next year.

A nightmare stay at Outrigger
Just checked out of the Outrigger Waikīkī. The hotel is under major renovation. The say pool is open, dining is available. They don’t tell you. No lobby, no interior shops open other than them ABC and Dukes clothes. Wake up daily to Jack hammers and construction banging (last all day) 1 elevator gets dedicated to construction. Our room flooded with sewer waste from construction above us. The manager tried to offer us a hula pie for our inconvenience (nut allergy) Worst vacation in 40 years

Location was good....atmosphere - good...rooms - good...value - ok...my issue was with the elevator system - press the button for the floor that you want to go to and you also need to tap in your room key card...for security...also, no bottled water provided in the room...

The Best Hotel to stay at in Waikiki
I wanted to share how wonderful our recent stay was for my daughter’s graduation celebration. We are returning guests, but this experience truly surpassed our previous visit. The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful, especially after hearing about a poor experience we had just faced at another hotel on Waikiki Beach for the 4th of July. Your team completely turned our vacation around! We were also pleasantly surprised by an unexpected upgrade of our ocean view room with an addition of lanai, which we loved! Though we were aware of the construction and other guests' complaints, it did not impact our stay whatsoever. This hotel is my daughter’s absolute favorite, and you made her graduation unforgettable. Thank you so much!
