Sweet amazing staff who treat you like Ohana
Great time and enjoyed fabulous service. Want to specifically call out the following. Liza our maid. Very very sweet and efficient. She represented your establishment very well. Super kind. Twon sisters Maycee and Sierra. Maycee is at the small bar in Dukes and her sister served us at the pool. Super cute personalities and kind hearts. Made great recommendations and made us feel like Ohana! Lived here many years and been away many more. Showing my granddaughters Hawaii and your amazing standouts made it even sweeter. Perfect First Waikīkī Visit
Our first time to Waikīkī was enhanced by our stay at this Outrigger resort. Nice, big room (“partial” ocean view less than I hoped for but I came to love it and to be able to see and hear the ocean). LOVED being steps from the sand of Waikiki. We had opted for club level, I think it’s called, and the breakfast buffet that included was much better than I expected. Loved being able to eat that meal with an ocean view. Everyone was nice and helpful. Well maintained property.

Fabulous Hotel
Absolutely fabulous hotel. We were a family of four adults and spent time over New Year at this wonderful hotel. We enjoyed a New Years Eve/60th Birthday dinner in Dukes. Our rooms were gorgeous with balcony over Waikiki beach. New Years Eve fireworks view from the hotel was awesome. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Experience!
We had the perfect 10 days holiday from Australia . The front desk team especially lovely Mae for getting us the best room a beachfront view. A big thank you to Nancy for keeping our room clean and fresh everyday, ver friendly and always serves with a smile. I love the filtered water and ice maker machine few steps from our room. Pool and surroundings are very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect and we felt safe during our stay. We will definitely coming back staying in this hotel. Thank you !

Not too bad
Stayed here for one night as a stopover. It was....pretty good. Pros: Excellent location, right on the beach. Bar food and drink at Duke's was great. Mikala at front desk (absolute legend!) THANK YOU! Water station for refills. Cons: The rooms are a bit dated. Overall though, it was a good place to stay. Close to everything - beach, shops (mainly high-end), restaurants, etc. I'd probably stay again, but only if they had a good special rate going.
