Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort

Our stay was amazing! We had a wonderful time and were very content with the room, especially the spectacular view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly Mae and Ricky, who introduced us to the Outrigger Platinum Membership. we look forward to our next stay and can’t wait to utilize my new benefits. The only minor issue was the slow elevator due to updates, but overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This is my favorite hotels in all of the United States. Amazing location. Wonderful staff, and (for a price) incredible views.

We stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort every time we visit Oahu, and honestly, it just keeps getting better. The staff are incredible, the amenities are great, and the location couldn’t be more perfect everything we love about the island is right there. We recently joined the Platinum Membership, and I can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner. Ricky, the Membership Director, has been amazing to work with. He’s super helpful, quick to respond, and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to get that kind of personal attention, and it makes a huge difference. The pool team deserves a shoutout too Benjamin and Peter are the best. They’re friendly, professional, and just genuinely good people. Seeing them each day always puts us in a good mood. We also spend a lot of time at the Voyager Club, and that crew feels like family now. Fio, Gigi, Sterling, Kevin, and everyone else there always greet us with a smile, remember our names, and catch up on what’s new. They’ve even celebrated holidays with us it really feels like coming home. And then there’s Pai’s Deli easily one of our favorite spots on the island. Ivy, Andrew, Novia, Sandra, and Kiki are such a great team. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in both the food and the service. We end up there every single day, and we always tell other guests they have to check it out. All in all, the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort will always be our second home. From the staff who treat us like family to the pool, the beach access, the surfboard rentals, the live music from Duke’s, and the amazing food it’s just the perfect place. We’re excited to see the renovations coming up and hope everything we love most stays the same. Huge thanks to everyone at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort for making every trip so memorable.

I had a very great stay at Outrigger Waikīkī! Mae was very helpful during our stay! She provided us with a big room for me and my family! And she continued to help and check on me and my family during our visit! The view was very beautiful and the stay was relaxing! The room was very clean, nice and spacious when I first checked in! The common areas were very clean when me and my family got in! The small pool was a nice option for the kids when they needed a break from the ocean, and the towel service made our days super easy. We also appreciated the reusable water bottles provided at check-in and the filtered water stations throughout the property, very thoughtful touch. If you're planning a family trip to Oʻahu and want to be close to everything while still having easy beach access and a welcoming atmosphere, the Outrigger Waikīkī Beach Resort is a fantastic choice. We made so many great memories and would absolutely stay here again.

Wife and I got stuck in Honolulu due to airplane technical issues. Ended up at the Outrigger, mistakenly reserving a room for the wrong date. The ladies there, Mae & Ligaya saved the day. Were super helpful. Their quick response and smiles made a stressed day turn comfortable. Thank you
