Must stay here
Went on vacation for my wife’s birthday and the hotel was amazing. The staff was super helpful, one employee in particular Kristina. Helpful with accommodations to make my trip memorable.

Great Experience!
The Hotel is wonderfully located in the Center of Waikiki Beach. KRISTINA of the reception was very kind, quick and professional in changing our room. The King-size bed was very confortable. Really recommended.

Come share the aloha
The singular most compelling feature of this hotel is its location - right smack in the middle of the Waikiki strip. And the second is the fact that it houses the first in-house Cirque Du Soleil show in Hawaii. This Outrigger is decent by many means. It is not the most luxurious but rooms are decently size, with ability to house a family of 4 (with two young children) comfortably; and has easy accessibility to the International Market Place and surrounding eateries. The beds are comfortable, and the room has been renovated to give it a modern vibe. There’s a pool in the hotel but it’s not very large; and conveniently, coin laundromat on site. Staff are wonderful and that is what made it a full package in Hawaii. But the family tremendously, and is overjoyed to see a Cirque show in the premise and with a Local theme. It is a wonderful show and highly recommended to all guests.

Amazing customer service.
Flew over for the day from Maui. I was greeted by Joshua in the lobby. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had unmatched customer service, answering all my questions about the area without hesitation. Made our stay and experience memorable. Mahalo Joshua!

Location is just right
The location is brilliant, the staff are lovely to deal with. My only criticism with the hotel is the decor and beds are dated and need to be upgraded. The Beachcomber is in a very convenient location close to all of the action if thats what you are looking for or set back enough to watch the world go by.
