Great location and start to me and my kids vacation
Kristina at the front desk is what true Aloha is all about. She was super friendly and accommodating in getting me and my kids checked in early. She kept that same Aloha spirit checking us out. You're the best. Location was great and walking distance to everything. Great when you have tired kids still on California time. Will definitely keep coming back to this hotel 🤙🏽

Awesome customer service (Kristina)
We stayed here for 4 nights in July. The hotel is perfectly situated one block back from the beach just opposite The Cheesecake Factory. Kristina on the front desk was delightful and happy to assist with any queries we had to make our stay more enjoyable. Mahalo Kristina!

Our family stayed after a long trip and our host Kristina was very friendly and accomodating get us just the right room, she was amazing. The location is great you are in the heart of it all walking distance to everything.

Feedback on the outrigger beachcomber
The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. We stayed on the 20th floor, which gave us fantastic views. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, and the hotel amenities were excellent. The pool was enjoyable, although it felt a little small considering the number of rooms in the hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and no request or question was ever too much trouble. A special mention goes to our host, Anita, who was absolutely amazing. She could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable and was a delight to deal with. Every time we saw her, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with exceptional service.
