Waikiki Beachcomber by Outrigger

Jenny at check-in was amazing and I cant say enough good things about how my experience here went. Booked last minute and they were super accommodating. Rooms are clean and renovated and it’s close to everything! Definitely recommend!!

Great spot, high floor seems better to escape some of the noise at night. Centrally located no complaints. Didn't use the pool, spent time shopping and at beach. Zhi was very friendly and kept our room very nice.

Our stay at the OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect — close to so many great restaurants, shops, and the International Market Place. Everything was within walking distance, making it the best place to stay in Waikiki!. Atmosphere - very beautiful , noise level - very quiet. Amenities - they have swimming pool, gym and restaurant. value- affordability We truly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back again soon. Much Mahalo & Aloha!

Kristina was absolutely fabulous! She greeted with a warm welcome and smile, she was also able to accommodate our requests for my husband’s birthday week to make it super special!! Second time staying here at Outrigger Waikiki beachcomber and I will definitely be back!!

We stayed here as a family of four 2 adults 2 teens from England. Great stay! PRO’s - excellent location - friendly staff - clean and modern feel - great on site cafe - unlimited pool towel use - free hot and cold water machine’s - great if you live a morning cup of tea, just take the reusable cups from the room and your tea bag. Grab some milk from target. CON’s - just a couple of niggles - housekeeping sometimes a quite late during the afternoon and we were often back from our busy day before our room had been cleaned, however not a big deal. - pool size quite small and limited beds which isn’t the issue as you are aware of this before booking. However, on our first day we were laying on the cabana beds, little did we know these were chargeable at $70 per 4 hours. A member of staff came round with a clipboard and advised of we did not pay we would need to move…which we did. However there were no signs to tell you they were to rent and nobody advised at check in. - They close the pool area for private events. Twice during our stay the pool closed at 1pm with little notice, however they do have a sister hotel with a pool area you can use a short walk away. On this occasion we could not get a bed. We raised this with our travel company and the hotel and were reimbursed for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Overall we had a great stay and have fallen in love with Waikiki. Would definitely return. Pros definitely outweigh the bad. Thank you for having us!
