Will return
Location the best ! Valet parking easy. Rooms clean and simple , had luau dancers visible from our balcony at international market every evening, good happy hour, view of ocean and diamond head. Comfortable beds, nice lobby. Would stay again. Helpful staff.

Great Stay!
Me and My mom had a great time staying there! All the staff, especially the housekeeping team, were very friendly. Our suitcases were brought to our room right after we arrived, which was also nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view that we really loved. We didn’t have time to watch Cirque du Soleil this time, but we would love to try it on our next visit! Thank you!

great location, but far better hotels in the same area.
The room was spacious and clean, but the lighting was terrible. I reserved a deluxe diamond head view. I had a great view looking at diamond head. The elevators were very slow. took me 7 minutes one morning as it stopped at each floor. to go to the pool you had to walk thru the lobby and the cafe. (the lobby could be packed if it was around their Las Vegas show time). The worse was having to take an elcalator to get to the lobby. I phoned the day prior to ask if they offer reuable drinking water bottles in the room. I guess over night they stopped doing this because when I checked in I was told no water bottle but if we had brought one it could be refilled in their lobby. Had I been told this I would of brought one with me.
