Not hot water two days straight. 0 accountability
Worst hotel ever, anywhere I've stayed in the world. 2 days in a row - NO HOT WATER! Hotel stay will not even answer the front desk / guest services phone line, that's how bad it is. We were told yesterday afternoon it would be just another hour or so, there is 0 accountability. Next day, still no hot water. We also booked 2 "Deluxe Ocean View" rooms and we have a view of the hotel next to us, with a sliver of the Waikiki beach, should definitely be called "Partial Ocean View". Do yourself a favor and do not ever book at any Outrigger property anywhere in the world or this can happen to you too.

A great experience
We recently stayed at Beachcomber (not the first time) and it was a great experience. Our host Kristina was exceptionally helpful, delightful and very accommodating. She assisted with our requests with ease & nothing was inconvenient for her. Thank you so much for our stay and making it a breeze.
