Amazing stay and service
From the moment we were helped With luggage to valet to entering the lobby we were treated like family! Joshua at the front desk checked us in and from start to end of trip made this stay feel like home in paradise ! Highly recommend for families , couples , anyone wanting to enjoy a great vacation

Kristina - Front desk - 5 stars,
I brought my adult kids along with me on a business overnight trip. I bought them a room, and Kristina made it a point to tailor their room to the similar requirements of mine without my even asking. She was a pleasure to work with, and am looking forward to her genuine caring the next time I need a non-work room (we typically are VERY low-maintenance when staying woth work - just sign-in and a key). As such, I haven't interacted with any of the other desk clerks during my stays there, but hopefully they are as Kristina's. Thanks to her for making the stay for my kids a pleasure.

Excellent location
Great location! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Michael at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and we were given a beautiful room with an ocean view on the 12th floor. Almost perfect except for the non-insulated or non soundproof walls (we can hear our next door neighbor). Our room was nevertheless clean, comfortable and fresh, thanks Jeanette we truly appreciate you. The pool is a bit small but it’s ok. The Aroma Cafe has good waffles with fresh fruit and guava syrup.
