Excellent Service
Excellent service from Norberto at J’s restaurant for lunch. He made great suggestions, very attentive and had a smile that lit up the room! The food was delicious. Chef and manager also came out to say hello. We will be back soon! Thank you for the lovely experience.

5 Star in every way.
Absolutely the best I have ever been treated at a resort. The accommodations were fabulous and clean. The meals were fantastic in every way and the service was truly the very best I have ever been a part of, especially Norberto our waiter. He went well beyond the norm and I would rate his service as 5 star anywhere. I definitely will be returning to enjoy this fine resort again.

Amazing Resort in Austin
Norberto was an incredible waiter! The breakfast buffet was incredible! I highly recommend the horseshoe bay resort. Everyone is extremely accommodating. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are incredible. I highly recommend picking horseshoe bay resort for your next trip.

Dining was awesome
Breakfast was great. Norberto was amazing at J's. So friendly and attentive. Food was great. The fresh fruit was awesome along with the hill counrty omelet. The potatoes were a bit different but still pretty tasty. Thank you Norberto for a great start to our morning.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and always had a great attitude.
Service was ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Very clean, well maintained. The rooms were spacious and our kids had lots of fun with all the different activities offered. Hot Air balloon festival is a must. Norberto at the breakfast brunch was super friendly and Saul, the general manager was always around, no wonder why everything works so well.
