Michael is the best!

Michael at the yacht club pool is the best. He made our experience so great. Super sweet and helpful and went above and beyond with his service level.

Lackluster

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Overall not great. Hornets on the patio left it unusable, the .99 cent shower curtain let the floor get drenched with the mostly plugged shower head. Jay's restaurant was horrible. My wife's chicken tasted like it had been in the walk-in for weeks and smelled like it was going bad. She took 2 bites and then had me taste it. She spent the entire night throwing up. My medium fillet was brought to me bleeding. When I asked them to return it to the fire, they seared it again, but was still bleeding.(Not allowed to rest to cook the blood). It was the first time I didn't finish a fillet. At the pool we were quoted a price for a day bed. After arriving the server tried to charge us double. We were forced to produce the email to prove it, and sign a slip saying we'd pay if the hotel didn't reimburse the pool. As far as their cocktail menu, we tried 2 different bars and the drinks were either mixed wrong or we were told they were out of ingredients. The icing on the cake was they completely screwed up our final bill and our $883 stay turned into $2500 of charges on my wife's credit card. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Saki, our waitress at 360 Bar and Grill, was AMAZING!! Her kindness, friendliness, and prompt service made our dining experience wonderful. Saki provided us with the BEST service during our stay.

Terrible

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Over priced...J's restaurant its so dirty...food debris under the tables, sticky tables as if nobody wiped down after each guest. Flies every where"inside" ,but the most terrible is that the manager were playing and jocking with the servers and a bunch of tables with towers of dishes and food on it....my waitress Natasha she was picking fries from a plate that was supposed to go to a guest. We saw the executive chef I believe her name is Stacia, she passed by and we tried to talk to her and she ignored us completly, maybe because we were latinos, who knows. Im a USA ARMY veteran and I did not risk my life in Iraq or lost friends over there to deserve this kind of treatment, I send this message to the big bosses so they can see from their own eyes the circus and disaster tha t place is,,,and manager Summer just joking with the staff and on the phone all times and Trenton manager as well just walking aroung scratching his head ,like he dont know what to do,..2 manager on the floor and it wasnt busy....thats terrible. Dont waste your money there...its not worth it.

Fabulously service conscious people serve here! !

The resort is truly lovely! We were there coordinating an outdoor wedding on a weather challenged day and these over the top service conscious and genuinely friendly people helped us to make it an incredible and beautiful event— and made our stay a lovely and special experience too!! Norborto— possibly the kindest waiter ever! He truly cared we enjoyed our many meals— and tried to make them a little extra special!! Dylan at the front desk—he was trained exceptionally well by the hotel management and by his mother!! POLITE and so helpful!! Jessie the resort transportation cart specialist was so personable and interested in how we were enjoying our stay! Friendly and precious!! All the people in the valet area- wow! We had LOTS of wedding materials ( car was stuffed!) and they were all efficient, helpful and knew we were on a tight schedule!! Unbelievably respectful of our time and precious cargo! Would recommend this venue to future brides!!
