Wedding stay weekend
We stayed here on the 3rd floor at the Towers two nights for a wedding. Customer Service: 5 stars. Every person we came in contact with (check in, valet, restaurant, etc.) was eager to help, took us where we were trying to go (like literally walked us there) and overall pleasant. Room: 4 stars. Bed comfy. Nice view overlooking pool area. Shower was nice. Our faucet had very low water pressure. Restaurants: 2.5. We ate at J’s. TK was our server and pleasant. Burnt ends. Steak salad. Burger. Food was ok. The bar in the hotel was great. The sports bar was 🫤 meh. Main bar made much better drinks. The little marketplace had a great chocolate croissant and yogurt with granola and berries. Coffee was on point. Room service: 5 stars! We woke up Saturday hungry!! Hubs called and said the room service person was the most sweetest person. Helpful and we had the best breakfast!! The potatoes were fire. Eggs cooked to perfection and if you like oatmeal-it’s so good. Overall I’d give this place 3.5. The weekend was rainy so we couldn’t enjoy some of the hotel offerings.

Horrible....still born
Don't bother with this place. They "sell" a 3 day "All you can Play Golf" package but then they can't deliver T-Times. Go to a reputable resort and not this tin-star place.

JingleBell Express Breakfast with Santa was fabulous!
While all the Thanksgiving activities are fun at HSB the JingleBell Express breakfast with Santa was our favorite! Adults and kids alike will LOVE it! It’s fun, well organized and the food is fabulous. Breakfast, dancers, train rides and Santa! By far our favorite breakfast with Santa to date! We will be making this one a tradition!

Great stay
A group of more than 100 of us stayed at the resort on a Thursday night and the resort took great care of us. Several of us drove EVs and used their plentiful available chargers as most of us traveled from Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth and Midland/Odessa.

Golf Package is a Rip Off
I just cancelled my reservations for Feb 4th-Feb 6th. I purchased a golf package from Horseshoe Bay Resort. They stated I could book tee times 90 days in advance; however, they did NOT tell me that they block out tee times everyday from 8:00am-12:00pm for members. Completely unacceptable for resort golf packages.
