I came to grab a drink at the restaurant within the hotel after a conference event. I had an excellent experience with the valet parking team - Darryl, Garland, and Justin. They were professional, courteous, and quick — they greeted me with a smile and made the process effortless from drop-off to pick-up.

Darryl and Justin were amazing. Made our trip a breeze, we were in and out of valet all week and they made sure we got our vehicles in minutes!!!

The gym was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel — spacious, modern, and spotless — perfect for keeping my routine while traveling. The Good2Go market was convenient for grabbing quality food and coffee before heading out. I also appreciated how close the property is to The Allen Parkway, Discovery Green, and great local restaurants — ideal for business or leisure. A big thank-you to the entire C. Baldwin team for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The combination of style, comfort, and genuine hospitality makes this one of the best stays I’ve had in Houston. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.
