Service is awful

I stayed at this hotel and accidentally left my AirPods Pro in the room charging when I checked out. I called hotel services right away to report it, and they said they would speak with housekeeping. I was able to track the AirPods through the Find My app and watched them leave the hotel property and show up at a nearby residential address. I repeatedly tried calling the hotel to resolve the issue and ask for help. Many times the phone would be picked up with no response and I was placed on hold. It got to the point that I began recording the calls because I could not get anyone to assist me. I was told that the General Manager and the Director of Housekeeping would contact me, but that never happened. Because of the lack of response, I contacted the Hilton corporate office. They were able to get me in touch with someone who again told me the GM and Director of Housekeeping would follow up with me. That conversation took place on March 10, 2026. As of today, March 16, 2026, I still have not received any response. My AirPods were taken on March 6, 2026, and the lack of communication and professionalism from the hotel has been extremely frustrating. I simply wanted help resolving the issue, but no one at the property has followed up despite multiple attempts to contact them.

We had the best experience with valet. Byron was very welcoming Saturday and Marcus was extremely pleasant Sunday morning. Can’t wait to visit again.

This was a wonderful place . The staff was amazing from the front desk to everyone helping. Made us feel very welcome and o can’t wait to stay again. Special thanks to my Bellman Demarko he was wonderful and very sweet! Thanks guys very much back soon!
