Our stay was lovely, truly more than I expected, and I’m very picky about my hotel choices. The room was clean, and so were the hotel and the grounds. I have no complaints, only compliments. I would definitely stay here again. Demarco was very helpful and attentive. He assisted with our bags without us even having to ask, and he was extremely professional. We also used the shuttle one evening, and the driver was incredibly kind and professional. He made sure my son and I were safe before leaving, which I really appreciated. I hate that I didn’t catch his name. We were heading to the immersive Game Cube inside the Highlight building and weren’t familiar with the area, so that extra care meant a lot. Overall, I give this stay a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is nice. The location is good. The bellman, DeMarko was fantastic. Did a great job. Took care of our items and very personable.

The room service and valet employees were very nice. The Togo coffee and food counter had god service to. We’ll be back if ever in Houston again!
