C. Baldwin, Curio Collection by Hilton

My experience started bad and got worse, small things like no Kleenex, or hand towels ended with no elevator, Wi-Fi or house keeping. Basic amenities like that should not be something you question about a Curio collection hotel and you’d think you would get the best service as a diamond member but I certainly hope that wasn’t the best they had to offer. Walking up and down 14 flights of stairs was less than desirable and the WiFi only working sparingly made it impossible to work efficiently. There is no restaurant in the hotel to eat dinner at, just some bar food or room service. If I could rate the hotel and experience lower I would, do yourself a favor and stay at the Sam Houston instead.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location, although the room and the hotel were exceptional,Damarcus and the other guys who were operating valet were amazing and professional. I will be returning!

As soon as my Wife and I arrived we were greeted with open arms by Micheal and Demarcus. They made checking in easy. They also gave us some great recommendations in the Houston area. I can’t forget about Salmon and Khalil, along with the top notch service. Overall, this has been a great experience at the C.Baldwin hotel. Great aesthetics and cleanliness. Whenever we come visit Houston from the DMV area, there’s no question where we will be staying!

The Valet was wonderful Demarcus and Michael were awesome. We enjoyed the hotel and it was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. It was clean and the staff made our stay enjoyable. We stayed 3 nights with our family. We will most definitely be coming back to Houston Texas.

The valet service was fantastic. Their manager James recognized us every time we came to park, Ron and Johnathan provided excellent service as well. They have a Tesla taxi service as well to take you places nearby the hotel. They showed utmost care for my vehicle and my time. By far the best valet service I've experienced at a restaurant or hotel.
