Not great for family travel!

I would not recommend this hotel for families. The room was clean, but that was the only positive. Amenities are extremely limited—just a gym and a restaurant that isn’t even open for lunch. Valet parking is $67 per night, which feels excessive for what you get. Service was the biggest issue. I interacted with several front desk staff during my stay and none were welcoming or helpful. I had requested a late checkout in advance and never received confirmation. Despite that, I was interrupted twice before checkout by housekeeping. When I mentioned this at checkout, the staff showed no concern or apology, simply saying the late checkout was “in the system.” Overall, the hotel feels poorly managed, with disengaged staff and little attention to guest experience. Clean rooms alone don’t make up for the lack of service, amenities, and value. I won’t be returning for sure.

Poor Service and Response

This stay represents a clear failure of management accountability and falls well below Hilton brand standards. The initial room was damp and smelled of mold—an unacceptable condition. More seriously, my vehicle was damaged while in valet care. I reported it immediately and was repeatedly promised management follow-up. None occurred. Attempts to escalate were met with indifference and, in one instance, unprofessional conduct from a manager. Senior management never contacted me. Only after checkout was the issue finally addressed, far too late to be considered effective service recovery. For a Hilton property—especially for Hilton Honors Diamond members—this lack of urgency, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

the valet system was ridiculous and had absolutely no structure but the workers did everything they could to keep it together. there was no way to keep track of what cars were where and we waited for our car for about an hour because they couldn’t find it. the person working the desk, KB, did everything in his power to get us our car even though he didn’t know where it was or how to get it to us. there were customers having verbal altercations with employees and harassing them over wait times. the stress on these valet workers was insane and i don’t know how they got through it but they did. this needs to be fixed. i don’t know how much they’re making but they need a raise. no one deserves to be harassed and berated at work, or be under the stress they’re under with a system like that.
