Joe (valet) is truly one of the reasons we continue coming back to the C. Baldwin! My sister and I are both active-duty military, and we’ve stayed at the hotel twice now, with plans to return about every three months. It’s such a great feeling to arrive and already have a familiar, welcoming face there to greet us. Joe is consistently polite, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. He provides the kind of customer service that makes you feel valued, not just like another hotel guest. He remembers us, makes us feel welcome, and ensures that our arrival and departure are always smooth and stress-free. Exceptional customer service can completely shape your experience at a hotel, and Joe absolutely does that for us. We would also like to give praises to Mr. Crayton in the restaurant. He’s very professional and is a joy! People like the staff at the C Baldwin are what turn a nice hotel into a place you genuinely look forward to returning to. C. Baldwin, you have absolute gems in your staff. Please recognize them for the outstanding service they provide. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be happy to see Joe and Mr. Crayton’s familiar faces when we return!

Demarco was excellent. Patient and kind.

Hotel was nice. Service was good. Very buisness driving area. There is not easily accessible restaurants by foot open on night and weekends.

The rooms are great services. Great food was great. Just be aware. There is a $20 resort fee at this location other than that all great.
