The lobby was breathtaking and staff greeted us when we arrived . Demarko was extremely helpful when assisting us get settled in our room. He was amazing, kind, and helpful with our luggage was a gentleman. Hotel is beautiful and just what we needed. Will definitely be coming back to visit again.

Business travel brings me to this hotel multiple times a year, and it has been my go-to stay for the past six years. I truly love everything about it. The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The bar is also a standout, great for a quick drink and dinner. The consistency in service and quality is what keeps me coming back year after year. I highly recommend it.

Extremely disappointing experience. I stayed here this past Wednesday-Friday after completing a HYROX race and returned to the hotel completely drenched in sweat only to find there was no water available for several hours. No warning, no immediate solution, nothing. I was literally forced to leave the hotel and rely on a friend at another property just to take a shower. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand. What made it worse was the lack of follow-up. I was told someone would reach out after checkout, but no one ever did. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the hotel since, and still no real response or accountability. This stay fell far below expectations and basic hospitality standards. Definitely not the experience you expect when staying with Hilton.
