Hotel Granduca Houston

Great staff from the front desk to the restaurant, incredible pool and jacuzzi - fantastic experience. Easy to walk to many restaurants.

We had a wonderful , restful stay at Hotel Granduca in Houston. My daughter and I stayed in a traditional room with 2 full beds. The room was very spacious with a separate living / kitchen area which allowed plenty of room to relax and spread out. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night which allowed for some good rest. The rooms were well equipped and whatever request we had was quickly met. The service from the front desk, to housekeeping, to valet, to breakfast dining were always kind and professional. The area the hotel is located in is a nice part of Houston and we felt very safe coming and going from here. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Houston. If you are looking for a nice, spacious, boutique type of hotel in a good, quiet part of Houston, this is definitely your hotel. There are multiple restaurants across the street as well as a Whole Foods within a 5 minute drive.

We had a great stay at Hotel Granduca. It was like staying at a boutique hotel in Tuscany. The photography and art on the walls were amazing and the hospitality was top notched.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Granduca in Houston and had a wonderful three week stay. I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Granduca!! The staff were fantastic! Lexi and Ignacio at the front desk went above and beyond to welcome us and to make us feel at home. Troy, Kia and Johnny in the bar and restaurant were fantastic as well! And the bellman at the front door were welcoming every time we walked by them. Such great service! The 3-4 pm wine happy hour was an added touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and everything is very clean and well maintained. We sat by the pool almost every day and it felt like we were in a beach resort! The location in Uptown Park in the Galleria area is perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. Once again, the staff and location were fantastic in every way! A companion and I had the good fortune to stay at the Hotel Granduca at Uptown Park in Houston on October 17, 2025. What a wonderful experience. The check-in was very pleasant with credit due to Lorraine, who we discovered later is Director of Operations. No surprise since she is professional, gracious, informative, and extremely customer service oriented. She even walked us to the elevator while explaining some of the features of the hotel. She was a delight to deal with. We had the same kind of pleasant experience checking out the next morning with Isabella. She and the staff are amazing and the service is classy. We look forward to our next stay. The Hotel is quaint, clean, nice décor and nicely appointed. Our room was terrific. It was a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the pool area. It was spacious, clean, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. It is easy to give it five stars and we look forward to our next visit!
