Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District

I’m here on a trip to MD Anderson with my sister and Hotel Zaza has helped make this trip feel less heavy. It has a wonderfully welcoming, beautiful, and playful vibe. The food at the Monarch is great, and our server Austin helped make a hard day better. He is professional, friendly, gave us great advice, and made us laugh. Thank you Hotel Zaza and Austin!

The hotel was so great. I love the art and the vibe. Plus, I am a Hot Tamales ho and they had a big container of them in the lobby. The Monarch was tops! Get the fries, the salads, the deviled eggs… all of it. Austin was our server and he went ABOVE and beyond for our brunch. I had a full mouth and made the signal of a salt shaker and he went back to get me salt and pepper. I wish he were my server everywhere I went!

My husband and I stayed here this weekend with our infant daughter and the valet team were incredible. They were so attentive and efficient, and they were especially helpful considering we have a baby and therefore travel with a lot of bags, stroller, car seat, etc. Would stay here again for the valet service alone! We didn’t have cash on us to tip and yet they were still so kind and helpful which we really appreciated, thank you Zaza valet team!

I have been staying at this Zaza since 2013. The team at this location truly cares about its guest and wants to provide stellar customer service. The valet team is the first interaction and the last at the hotel. They have personnel that have been on that team for 10 yrs. And every time I come, I get greeted by name as they remember me whether I was coming every single ther week or it’s been 6 months. Mo at the valet truly makes me feel at home. Even when a prior guest had turned off the mini fridge in the room and I went to get my beverage the next morning I g to discover it it was warm (and I immediately turned the thermostat down) but in the meantime the host in the restaurant when I asked if I could switch to cold can immediately got me a cold beverage and wanted to make sure if anyone needed to address the fridge. I can’t say enough about the overall service.

Everyone is so dang kind!! We were greeted by Kirstyn and she was so kind and welcoming. Our server Almo made us the BEST mimosas and our food came out super fast.
