Excellent experience. I especially love the team Mo has in valet service. I have an ultra rare Acura and I had peace of mind .

Theres that rare fifth star again

Were been to other ZaZa properties and this one is as good as any . Parking is safe check in is easy and the service is first rate . You really cant do better than this group of properties the art work ,the electronics and the food are amazing . We stay at good properties and these rival any . Had Texas Fries and trout muse with cookie and ice cream from the room service menu and it came fast and well prepared . I cant say more but once youve tried a ZaZa you will know .

Astonishing Hotel with great customer service.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

This was my first time at Hotel ZaZa and i’m appalled. This hotel is beautiful, in my opinion it’s pretty fancy for my liking. I went to the hotel’s restraunt and the food was great I got chicken sandwich sliders and they were great! I got this grey suggestion from my server John who’s customer service was astonishing. I’m very picky with my food and i’m grateful he gave me such a great suggestion. Thank you Hotel ZaZa and thank you John for making my visit great.

Techno music failure to read the room

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

The hotel is very nice with excellent service from the Valet to the front desk and the housekeeping, but I have noticed the last several times I’ve been there when I go for the entertainment on Saturday night. It’s terrible. They have some DJ that played last night techno music , to which several people did complain, but it didn’t really matter. They weren’t going to change anything and they continually do this. There was not one patron in the bar that wanted to hear that Musick except the guy that was DJing who was in his own world it just spoils the entire reason to go there there’s many other options that play better music so I will take my hotel business elsewhere because with this type of resort, you want it to be fun all around not a ruined Saturday evening

Pricy, but worth it.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This is a very nice hotel with a pleasant and most helpful staff. We spent three nights in one of the smallest units --- a studio with a single queen-sized bed on the 5th floor. This hotel is pricy, no denying that, but frankly we thought it was worth it. Breakfasts were quite good, but also pricy. The only negative -- and it's pretty minor -- was the somewhat noisy air conditioning system, but if you keep the room cool during the day (when you're out and about), simply turn the air conditioning off when you're ready for bed. We hope to return.
