A Diamond in the rough
Our family had afantastic stay at The Houstonian Hotel. The staff was attentive , professional ,and accomodating. As for the property, it's a beautiful place, relaxing,peaceful.and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and well maintained at all times. We will definitely stay here when we come to Houston

Christmas at the Houstonian and the trellis Spa
Every experience is quality and positive! Our experiences have turned into a 19 year tradition! We are always treated with respect and made to feel very special from the moment we check in. It is an elegant hotel maintained to the highest level of cleanliness, customer service and comfort.

For us, we have finally found our 'haven'.
As we were checking out, we were reviewing our calendars for when we could check back in! Every single staff member was professional, engaging, and personable, authenticity and kindness was their common thread. We hosted a lunch at the Tribute, it was so good we booked a dinner and another lunch there. Our final night, we had the best steaks, literally, of our lives. That compliment doesn't come easy considering my partner had been in the restaurant business for 50+ years. We are most grateful to the entire staff, and it's leadership, for we have finally found our 'haven'.

Clean luxurious room in a park-like setting
Park like setting with reasonable travel time to either airport. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a great gym and spa. Feels luxurious. Nice outdoor walking trail and can walk or run to very large Memorial Park. Very friendly staff. I have stayed multiple times and have not been disappointed.
