The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston

First class all the way! A perfect hotel with so many caring/thoughtful employees. Restaurants are fantastic! Everything was 5 star! Had so much fun we extended an extra night!

The level of service and hospitality at The Post Oak is exceptional. From the moment we pulled up to the time we left, we were treated like royalty. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Every inch was beautiful and well maintained. There were so many special touches that you just don't find these days. I was very impressed with the turn down service and the special touches of a little "gift" left on the nightstand, the slippers placed by the bed and the dental products nicely placed in the bathroom for when you return in the evening. The service in the bars and restaurants was also extremely impressive. Dorothy in H Bar probably stood out most. She was beyond professional, skilled in her craft, and exuded a level of hospitality typically only found in a Michelin level restaurants. The only complaint I have about my experience is that I had to leave.

Hotel, staff and service was perfection. Make sure to ge the room with concierge service and hopefully you get Sophia Kim to make sure you have an amazing expierence.

I would definitely stay again. The hotel service was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the attentive of Shumaila. She remembered me even after not seeing me for nights. Its an atmosphere for any occasion and I hope to visit again when its not for business.

Literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing. Highly recommended for anyone needing a break 😃.
