There are many others like Kourtney who is always there when needed that has been helping us for years . I want to express how much they make our experience perfect. 10/10 Birthday Stay – True White-Glove Luxury Experience at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston
My overall stay was amazing—a true white-glove experience. My birthday was definitely a 10 out of 10. What stood out to me the most was the spa—that was my absolute favorite. It was so relaxing, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. After that, the hospitality was unmatched. From the concierge to valet to the staff who assist with your bags, everyone made me feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. One employee who really stood out was the gentleman who brought my bags up when I first arrived. I didn’t get his name, but he was a Black man and he was absolutely amazing. He set the tone for my entire stay and truly made it feel like a 10/10 experience. I also want to recognize the lady at the front desk of the spa—a short-haired Black woman—she was wonderful. Along with another spa staff member who gave me great dinner recommendations, which I truly appreciated. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was also very kind and welcoming. He made the process smooth and gave great recommendations for dinner that night. Mastro’s Steakhouse was another highlight—top-tier experience and amazing food. The Post Oak exceeded my expectations with how organized, clean, and luxurious everything was. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my birthday without any stress. I’ve been talking about this experience nonstop and will definitely be recommending it to friends, family, and anyone looking for a luxury stay. Thank you again for making my birthday so special!
