Wonderfully Perfect!
We celebrated our 48th anniversary at the Post Oak Hotel during the week of August 3rd. The choice to stay here is the best decision we have made in quite some time. The hotel and grounds are impeccable. We spoke with many of the employees and found that many have worked at the Hotel since it opened, which speaks highly about their level of satisfaction. It shows, as all of the staff we interacted with are happy, kind, and helpful people. Our room was modern and very comfortable with excellent bedding and bathroom amenities. Hotel management left a special gift in our room for our celebration. There are many food and bar choices in and near the hotel. We dined at Mastro’s for dinner, enjoyed Stella’s Wine Bar, ate at Bloom and Bee for breakfast each morning (looking on to the beautiful pool), enjoyed Craft F&B, and had terrific coffee and key lime pie at Bouchée Patisserie; all excellent! We visited the Houston Galleria and other nearby shopping venues, and we also celebrated with a romantic dinner at Brenners on the Bayou, located about 3.5 miles from the Hotel. This was truly a wonderfully perfect experience. We will do this again!

Great customer service, clean facility and very friendly staff. We check-in early and they allowed us to check out late super accommodating

Amazing hotel, amazing experience
Awesome hotel. Amazing service all around. High end, very technologically modern and extremely clean rooms. If there was one of these in every city I went to there would never be any debate - would stay there every single time. Please keep managing it the same way!

Extraordinary Service! We stay at the Ritz Carlton regularly because of their great service, but honestly The Post Oak Hotel exceeds the service level of the Ritz all day long! I wish there was Post Oak Hotels all over the country! Amazing staff, amazing hotel! Definitely eat at Mastros while there and ask for Sam who will assure you an amazing experience!
