Excellent Experience
The Uptown Post Oak is by far the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff is committed to ensuring guests have the best experience; and their attention to detail is excellent. I recently stayed at another 5 diamond hotel with a Michelin rating and the Uptown Post Oak is far superior even without the Michelin rating. I'd recommend staying for one night for the experience alone.

Worth It!
The hotel is worth the nightly room rate. Service is impeccable, from the front desk to room service. Hotel is beautiful and is simply luxurious. AmEX FHR benefit were clearly explained. They delivered a welcome gift of snacks to my room with a lovely note. Everything. is top notch and I would not hesitate to return if I had reason to be in Houston.

This place is amazing! It's a real treat to stay here. Worth every penny and will be back. Literally the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Thank you to Katherine the Guest Experience supervisor at The Post Oak always for taken care of my brother and I every month . I want to express how much they make our experience perfect. Respect for the whole team from the valet , concierge , in room dining, front desk and beyond . Courtney (sorry if misspelled ) he has had us for 4 years here and much love to him and his Team . 1901 to 1911 they make sure we have the best experience. 5 Stars always GoD Bless
