Very friendly reception that will answerany questions. Room included complimentary coffee and bottled water. Ended up getting breakfast buffet- $28/per person as breakfast there is not included. Friendly staff though. Clean hotel and clean rooms - good for hosting events of your choosing. Definitely on the upper scale side as their bottled water is between 6-8 dollars per bottle. Great location - only a few blocks from Houstons shopping mall. The hotel provides a shuttle to take you there if you want to avoid walking. Traffic there is pretty rough

Awesome hotel!
This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was super nice and helpful! We got the continental breakfast and Alma was our server. She was very sweet and her customer service was A+!! Her smile started our day right! We will definitely be back!!!!

Absolutely Great Stay
The Royal Sonesta has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms are updated and spotless. The service is excellent and the management highly visible during the day. The lobby bar and snack bar are a hotspot of fun in the afternoons and evenings, and although I didn’t try the restaurant it had breakfast and dinner available. You can’t beat the location for shopping and restaurants, and the hotel even offers a shuttle within a 5-mile radius. Don’t hesitate to book the Royal Sonesta!
