Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria

Had a really great experience staying at the Royal Sonesta. I would like to highlight “Alma” who works in the hotel restaurant (Ara). Such an amazing person. She was so attentive with me and my family whenever we would come to eat breakfast. Always gave us what we asked for, she’s super friendly and has an excellent sense of humour. Such a professional at her job. I would like to personally thank Alma for her service. Because of Alma I will be back to stay at the Royal Sonesta.

Had a great time at the Royal Sonesta. It's in a great location across the road from the Galleria shopping mall and close to lots of lounges and bars. The staff have been great and made us feel very welcome. Alma who works in their Ara restaurant has looked after us very well. Always greets us with a big smile and great service when we would go down for our breakfast

She was welcoming, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. I stayed at the Royal Sonesta while traveling for business the other week. After the airline lost my luggage and my flight experienced a crazy amount of turbulence, I arrived at the hotel to find my room had also been over booked. Daniel Melendez at the front desk not only found me a proper room but also sent me a bottle of prosecco, fruit tray and a hand written note apologizing for the inconvenience. When I arrived back at the hotel from work, it really made my day to find that someone had gone the extra mile to improve my travel experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and definitely will.be back. Mrs. Alma, the waitress, was so sweet and friendly. I will come back just for her.
