A Wow Factor
This is my first stay at the hotel. Unfortunately I hit myself with writing table during night time. On calling front desk the response was extremely prompt. There was someone named Mr. Gerard who came for Medical Assistance and he was a great support. Above all Ms. Breana and Mr. Jermarcus made my day by offering the hotel Mascot Stuffed Toy for my daughter along with 18 signature Keys. Really a WOW Factor. I made my daughter talk to them from Dubai and she was so excited and one day I will surely bring her here

A special “ touch “
Because of my job I travel all over the world and I basically live in hotels for at least 8 months a year.. Here at the Royal Sonesta (Houston Galleria) I feel like if I was at home.. Especially the breakfast staff , Mr. Carl Allaz and ALL his team , they work hard together showing top notch professionalism but they never forget to put a smile to their faces and a special “touch” .. it’s a very pleasant feeling!

Great Staff Great Hotel
I dont usually write reviews. I travel across the United States and the world for business and I wanted to say Maria at the front desk is an absolute credit to the hotel and made my stay fantastic. Room and hotel was great I will 100% be back. "Cheers Mate" Charles

A well- run friendly hotel with great breakfast!
What a wonderful experience we had at the Royal Sonesta Galleria. Breakfast, in particular, was awesome. We had the red velvet pancakes- with a cream cheese frosting! Our servers were outstanding and so very friendly! A shout-out to Alma and Maria- who made our meals so very special. 🥰

Outstanding service
We had a conference here and the service was outstanding in all areas. I would like to specifically call out Alma and Maria, in the restaurant, who were absolutely amazing!! Friendly, kind and attentive to every detail!
