Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria

We visited Houston to see some friends and the Royal Sonesta provided with an excellent location, to move around in different directions around Houston. The Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful, the room was spacious and very functional. The food at the restaurant was very nice and the staff there made our time there very special, Alma was taking care of us every day and she did in a fantastic way. If we go back we will stay for sure in this hotel again.

I am here from Springville Alabama for the Posey McDaniel Crawford Family Reunion. Came in Thursday night one day earlier. Came down for breakfast and the experience is great. I am still here sipping on my coffee because the atmosphere is so peaceful. Frank and Alma are so attentive to my needs. It's not just food, but the contact with this customer and at the same time, taking care of the other customers needs is not just a job, it is a craft. Frank asked me where was I from and my position in the employment world. I told him I am a social worker and his heart lit up. He said his daughter is a social worker. We discussed personal life experiences and why it is a great need to take care of other people. I am glad I came here. It has made my trip better than I expected. Will be eating here in the morning. We loved this hotel! The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a bar downstairs with bartenders who know how to make a great drink and the restaurant has really quality food. If you go for breakfast or lunch in the restaurant, be on the lookout for Alma. She is wonderful and made us feel very welcome and gave great recommendations. Overall, all staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back next year!

Alma and Irene were lovely from the breakfast restaurant! They made the start of my day easy and enjoyable before a long day on a conference floor.

Hotel is very well located, very cozy and people were outstanding. Alma from the restaurant was a lovely person every day in breakfast... she deserves the best!
