Service was above expectations. Staff was all friendly and accommodating. Especially Alma at the restaurant!

ALMA IS AWESOME!
The hotel is fine. Terrible air conditioning in rooms. every night it ceased to work. too hot to sleep. ONE GREAT THING HOWEVER: Alma the waitress in the main restaurant is really terrific! We had been there last year. She remembered us and took great care to be sure we were happy.

Fantastic service
Had a really great experience staying at the Royal Sonesta. I would like to highlight “Alma” who works in the hotel restaurant (Ara). Such an amazing person. She was so attentive with me and my family whenever we would come to eat breakfast. Always gave us what we asked for, she’s super friendly and has an excellent sense of humour. Such a professional at her job. I would like to personally thank Alma for her service. Because of Alma I will be back to stay at the Royal Sonesta.

Great service
Had a great time at the Royal Sonesta. It's in a great location across the road from the Galleria shopping mall and close to lots of lounges and bars. The staff have been great and made us feel very welcome. Alma who works in their Ara restaurant has looked after us very well. Always greets us with a big smile and great service when we would go down for our breakfast

She was welcoming, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable.
