Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria

Oct 9th, 2026 What an amazing experience! I want to give a special shoutout to Jasmine and Cici at the front desk for their exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and appreciated. As a thoughtful gesture for our patience while waiting, they not only upgraded our room but also surprised us with a beautiful cheese platter and a bottle of wine delivered directly to our room! It’s rare to experience this level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail. What could have been a minor inconvenience turned into such a memorable experience because of their kindness and professionalism. Jasmine and Cici truly understand the meaning of hospitality. They didn’t just provide great service; they made us feel like valued guests. This is what five-star service should look like! Thank you both for going above and beyond to make our stay special. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel! Thanks, Johnny R

Jasmine, the receptionist was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I watched her go out the way for all of her visitors. I work for a NFL Team and I will be coming back to stay in a month just because of her care for everyone she came across.

We had a great stay here at the Sonesta. We especially enjoyed breakfast with Alma. She was caring, sweet, and a pleasure to meet! The noise level was low and the rooms were clean. We booked through booking.com, so the price was fair. It was in a respectable location (galleria mall), with close shopping and eating (if you’re in the mood for Chinese, check out Cooking Girl). Overall, the hotel was calm, quiet, and smelled good. WE WILL BE BACK !!

An Unforgettable Conference Experience at The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria! As a conference organizer, finding a venue that can seamlessly blend professional execution with top-tier hospitality is no small feat. But hosting our event at The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria was an absolute game-changer. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience, largely thanks to a team that goes above and beyond in every possible way. World-Class Service and Hospitality What truly sets this hotel apart is its phenomenal staff. Event execution relies heavily on seamless coordination, and every single team member exceeded our highest expectations: * The Front Desk & Welcome Team: The front desk ladies set a warm, welcoming tone from the moment our attendees arrived, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Meanwhile, the bellhop folks handled heavy loads and guest arrivals with absolute efficiency and cheer. * Leadership Excellence: A hotel's culture starts at the top, and the incredible General Manager has fostered an environment of absolute excellence, attentiveness, and care. * Administrative & F&B Powerhouses: A massive shoutout to Sivietta and the entire admin team! Their tireless work ethic—effortlessly flipping rooms, coordinating logistics, and collaborating closely with the food and beverage department—ensured our event timeline ran like clockwork. * Restaurant Hospitality: Dining was a delight thanks to people like Alma, whose exceptional service in the restaurant made every meal feel personal, warm, and inviting. Outstanding Event Spaces and Amenities Beyond the phenomenal people, the venue itself is tailor-made for success. The event spaces are flexible, beautifully appointed, and equipped with everything a conference planner could possibly need. The transition between sessions was flawless, and the culinary presentation matched the high standard of the service. If you are looking for an exceptional venue in Houston that treats your event as its own priority and delivers flawless execution driven by a truly world-class staff, look no further than The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria. They have earned our highest praise and our repeat business!
