⭐ Great Value, Great Atmosphere, and an Amazing Staff! ⭐
The hotel is located in a great area of Houston and has a really nice atmosphere. The rooms were clean, organized, and comfortable, and honestly, for everything we received, we felt the price was an incredible value! But beyond the building and the rooms, the most memorable part of our experience was definitely the staff. Cici, Vusal, and Patricia truly made our stay special. From the smooth and friendly check-in to their attention whenever we needed assistance, they went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed. I really want to take a moment to recognize these three amazing people for the great job they do. Their hospitality and kindness made a huge difference in our experience, and they are definitely a big reason why we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you, Cici, Vusal, and Patricia, for making our night such a great experience!

Great hotel in Houston!!
This is my second time staying here at this location and I will book here every time I possibly can. Very clean and quiet. I have had the best experiences both times and this visit went above and beyond my expectations. Jasmine at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL. She made sure to select me a room that was safe as a solo woman traveler for work. She was attentive and so kind. I would come back to this hotel just to receive this kind of service and for Jasmine specifically!! The price for my one night stay was unmatched for my experience.

Our stay was wonderful!! We received five star service from everyone who made my husband‘s birthday staycation such a wonderful success. April it’s always a great pleasure working with her. Alma at ARA was extremely courteous and attentive. I recommend Royal Sonesta for your next event or getaway.🙂

Hotel was very accommodating and the staff. Was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and Alma is one of the best waitresses I’ve had. She is sooo caring and loving!!! If you want drinks at the bar. Katlynn lis Amazing! She serves the best drinks and is very friendly. I recommend hands down these two ladies for the very best service. Love you Alma And Kaylynn . Much love from Oklahoma! ❤️
