Honest Review
The hotel was absolutely fantastic and I have to give credit to the staff. The staff was absolutely incredible. Especially CiCi for always going above and beyond when it came to suggestions in the area trying to make the stay as best as possible, and making sure everything was handled accordingly. The rooms are absolutely clean. The atmosphere in the lobby and the conference I attended was phenomenal and the location is right nearby a lot of main attractions.

Lovely staff, especially Alma
We saw Alma at the Ara Lounge every morning at breakfast. She was always kind, friendly, and happy to chat with us, even while she was busy working. It was lovely seeing her each morning. Thank you, Alma!

Alma at ARA a Standout Employee
Breakfast with Alma in the hotel was the best hotel breakfast service I’ve ever had. From greeting me at the host stand, taking my drink order, to making sure I understood the best options for breakfast, she was an absolute professional, and a delight.

Alma in the restaurant was fabulous! Remembered my order during a crazy business conference and even helped get my meal at lightening-speed when I was on a time crunch.
