Everything about our stay was fabulous! From the check-in with Martha to the daily breakfast buffet included with our stay where the service was personal- Alma and the other hostesses were attentive, friendly and had great recommendations including the delicious made to order banana pancakes and made to order omelet- juices, coffee, all delicious! And so close to shopping with free transport to the Galleria! I plan to stay here again and again! Plenty of conference space also well appointed!

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and I have to give credit to the staff. The staff was absolutely incredible. Especially CiCi for always going above and beyond when it came to suggestions in the area trying to make the stay as best as possible, and making sure everything was handled accordingly. The rooms are absolutely clean. The atmosphere in the lobby and the conference I attended was phenomenal and the location is right nearby a lot of main attractions.
