Thompson Time!
Delightful stay, everything worked smoothly. Fantastic French restaurant on first floor. Close to museums. Beautiful spa showers. Great park views. Really wonderful staff who host with grace and attention to detail.

Amazing Pool & Service at The Allen
Monica’s service by the pool was excellent! She was so friendly, professional, and efficient. The food and drinks came out very quickly and were both so good! The views of Houston are incredible and the pool is amazing. We would highly recommend it.

Really nice staff - Angelica, Jennifer and Ann from the 7th floor are amazing! Angelica gave me a lot of recommendations on where to go and it’s so warm to see her smile everyday. Jennifer remembers your go-to order from day 2 and is always kind and welcoming. They really lit up my stay! Last but not least, Cedric has been sooooo nice for the house rides every morning during my stay there. He shared with me stories from his life, his passion for R&B and really made the ride so smooth and enjoyable. I forgot my phone in the car and the hotel front desk helped me contact Cedric and got it back! Can’t recommend it more!
