Staycation Weekend

This hotel continues to impress. Amazing staff and beautiful rooms. As a Hyatt Globalist, this hotel is one of the best for recognizing status and loyalty. Special shout out to Cedric, who runs an amazing shuttle between the hotel and nearby offices. Such a great way to start the day with someone who clearly loves their job.

Skyline Views, Stellar Service, and Sparkling Water
The Thompson Hotel in Houston is a gem. Gorgeous downtown skyline views—best from the rooftop pool—make it worth the stay alone. The staff is incredibly attentive, and special thanks to Cedric, the hotel driver, for the friendly rides around downtown (complimentary car service within 3 miles is a huge perk). The location next to Buffalo Bayou means easy access to scenic trails. Rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and closets, and the sparkling water on tap on our floor felt luxuriously over-the-top. Would happily stay again.
