Room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The lunch I ordered was too salty. The manager was nice and took it off my bill and gave us chocolate cake for dessert. They were apologetic and made sure to tell the chef. The location is perfect, there's a park right across the hotel so we walked there and walked to exercise.

I travel every week for business and stay here every time there’s availability. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and appealing. I specifically like how the closets have a large shelf to leave your open suitcase on so I’m not tripping over it during my stay. Also the bathrooms in most rooms are huge, and the showers are the best I’ve used in a hotel. The location is great because it’s a bit out of town and quiet, but it has this amazing view of the skyline and sunrise

Love everything about the hotel. We had our little anniversary get away and didn’t disappoint. Mónica by the pool really took great care of us!

This hotel is an immersive relaxation, foodie, and chill pool party experience. Impeccably clean, breathtaking rooms and views. Use with Amex fine hotel and resorts and you'll find incredible value, you'll know immediately it was worth way more than you budgeted. Win win - this is how hospitality should be. Simply the best. I enjoyed this hotel, I booked so I could give my mother a beautiful trip along with being close to her MD Anderson appointments, have not seen her this happy since well before her diagnosis. Mom: "look at this... this is the best I've ever been in." Floor to ceiling windows in a corner, overlooking the pool and downtown. Full moon over the skyline. Bathroom as big as the bedroom. Incredible work by the Thompson. 👌🏾

Amazing stay- wow, everyone was so friendly, the room was incredible, the bed comfortable and the a/c would go down to 65 degrees- great for sleeping at night. Our room had a tub in the huge marble tiled shower with an incredible view of downtown. Truly the bathroom blew me away. So luxurious. The toiletries smelled so nice too. The sleeping mask and ear plugs left in the room were helpful! We could hear the beat of the pool music all day and so I was also glad I had brought a white noise machine. The elevators were readily available and never a long wait. Valet was always very quick and friendly and the ability to tip online instead of with cash was so helpful! We spent an afternoon at the pool and I have to give a shoutout to the pool attendant, Monica. She was so great, she sensed our needs before we even had to ask. She brought waters with mint leaves in them- so refreshing- then she brought us sunglasses when she noticed us squinting- we had forgotten ours in the room and didn’t even think to ask for this. Then she also brought us towels because we hadn’t gotten any yet. The food we ordered was good and quick as well. We felt very taken care of. The pool is so nice- don’t miss it. We also ate at the French restaurant on the bottom floor and it was WONDERFUL, our serve Shawn did an excellent job and the food was so so good. Probably the best hotel in Houston I would have to say! For sure would love to return.
