Victorious Valet Experience
AJ and Kobe elevated our experience to the highest degree. We came here for the MFK conference and from the minute we walked in the door of the hotel we were greeted and escorted with kindness and respect. Kobe went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe as we were waiting for our Uber. The Uber went to the wrong area and picked up the wrong group, so Kobe, AJ, Taylen and the valet team offered to take us to the airport. AJ made us smile the whole time in the car ride to the airport. She was so pleasant and incredibly sweet and elegant. She pointed out sights of Houston while we were driving and kept us entertained.
