Great view, great service
I had a wonderful stay at Thompson Houston. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of the downtown Houston skyline. The front desk team was amazing: friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and responded to our requests very quickly, especially the front desk staff Mr. Lu? The room was modern, stylish, and clean, and the hotel itself had a very pleasant scent and relaxing atmosphere. The only minor thing that could be improved was the visible dust on the wine glasses in the room, probably because they are not used very often. It would be great if housekeeping could check them more regularly. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return to Thompson Houston in the near future!
