Nice atmosphere. Great breakout rooms. Very well organized.

The hotel is gorgeous. Not all the room amenities were in my room and I couldn't control my ac. Otherwise a great experience with the conference rooms and hospitality.

The Whitehall has officially become my home away from home in Houston — and it’s because of the people. 💖 I travel to Houston for work about once a month, and what stood out to me most was the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming. There’s a real difference between hospitality that feels like part of the job and people who seem to truly care about the guests in front of them. At The Whitehall, it’s the latter. The interactions feel natural and sincere, never like someone is simply going through the motions. And can we talk about the complimentary breakfast? 10/10! Such a great breakfast and an absolutely wonderful way to start the day — especially when traveling for work. A beautiful hotel is nice, but it’s the people who make you want to come back. The team at The Whitehall did exactly that. I know where I’ll be staying on my monthly Houston trips from now on. Thank you for making me feel so genuinely welcome!

Extremely terrific customer service and security. Easy access for Uber or limo drivers and has Valley parking. Anything I asked for I was given help with immediately. Rooms very nice and clean. Has nice restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at The Whitehall! Our stay was made even more wonderful because of how smooth the check-in process was with Ana Maria, the house supervisor. She is an absolute gem and made our experience at The Whitehall very special for my sister’s birthday. Would recommend anyone to stay here!
