Me and my wife arrived to the building to check in and we had to wait over 45 minutes just to be seen. There was one person at the counter having trouble checking in the person in front of us then that became a line of five people behind us thatprobably waited for over two hours just to get their rules when me and my wife made it to the room. The bedroom was a star rating of two the furniture had chips on it, and it was old and not clean, and the shower had cracks in the walls. The shower head had white stuff caked up on it and the tub was dirty. The room was not worth what we paid for the air-conditioning was not working and the window shades kept jamming. I paid over 300 some dollars for one night hours truly disappointed in what I was given for the experience at this hotel the only thing that was attending at this hotel was the restaurant at breakfast. I will not be returning to this hotel the hotel rooms need to truly be remodeled they are old and halfway standing up. Have a good day.

We would like to sincerely thank the reception staff, Ana and Shirley, for their kindness and professionalism. They were very welcoming and made our check-in process smooth and easy. They also made thoughtful adjustments according to our needs, which was truly appreciated after our long and exhausting trip. Their warm attitude and helpfulness made us feel comfortable and cared for from the very first moment. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!

In general, the hotel is tired, it needs renovation. The room is clean, but the bathroom is run down and is not welcoming. The door to my room is so bad that I don't trust it. The staff in the resturant and the bar are very nice and accommodating, so top marks.

This is a fine hotel for the value. Everything is quite old but functional. The room was a nice size but had 2 double beds instead of queens. Our bath was tiny, towels were nice, everything seemed clean if very old. The AC is loud but it doesn't blow on the beds and if you turn the fan to low you have nice white noise. The pool is cute but tiny and overlooks the highway, the gym is also tiny, with maybe 4 cardio thingies and 2 benches with free weights. Big plus: we had fantastic water pressure. This is not what you'd call a "nice business hotel" anymore because everything is too old and painted over, however it is quite good value. And the service was very nice, maybe with the exception of the taciturn valet guys. Oh, valet is very expensive at $50 per night, although they sometimes discount it to 20 for events/ groups.

We celebrated my hubby’s birthday on our trip to Texas and stayed at the Whitehall hotel. The hotel is in immaculate condition, very spacious (with a on-site restaurant/ bar which was quite yummy), and it’s a quick uber from everything. From the moment that we arrived, we were greeted with warm friendly faces and a feeling of comfort & care. Shirley & Nelli were exceptional in their service and we appreciate all the care they put into helping to make this bday extra special! The Edgar’s Hermano bar/ restaurant (2nd floor) is cozy and clean, with a cool jazzy vibe. The food & drinks are great and the staff are simply wonderful! Special thanks to the amazing team @ Edgar’s Hermano: Valerie, Nadia, Natalie, Rene, James, Talya, Jose, Adam, Marlon, Raul, Jarrod, Angie, and Yeme!! It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel and experience true southern hospitality! I would highly recommend staying here for couples and families! Thank you Whitehall Houston!!
