Houston concert and ballgame stay
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was great with shuttle service for my daughter's concert at the Toyota Center and for me at the Daikin Park for the Astros ballgame.

John at the Front desk is excellent We checked in and the bathroom in our room is smells and called to FD and John immediately over us the the new room, at checked out Kevin is very friendly too, very good customer service , always smile and acknowledge the guests, the hotel itself is the center of the business area, kinda old but strategic.

Great experience at Whitehall
Great experience staying at the Whitehall. The hotel is pretty and the room is cozy and comfortable. I’d really recommend this hotel if you come to Houston.
