Adam is absolutely incredible, and the vibes are amazing after work! Cocktails are delicious and affordable, and happy hour is a steal! Would recommend to locals and travelers alike :)

Far decline and disappointing.
Upon walking in the room the door was deteriorating and started chipping off into the room leaving a white dust everywhere, one of the shades was broken, the front desk said they would fix and clean the mess but didn’t until I walked down and demanded they clean even then they sent an engineer. The engineer asked what do you want me to do? House cleaning wasn’t picking up when called, water wasn’t replaced unless I asked the house keeper in passing. The elevator was janky and seemed like it needed servicing. I received dirty towels and there was stains on the sheets. The decline was sickening from when I stayed here years ago for a conference.

Awful
Dirty, unkept, homeless surround half the hotel . Coffee shop was closed with no reason or when they would open . Rooms were almost as gross as the planters outside the lobby. Staff were rude. I won’t be back. Ever. Even the lady that checked me out was rude. My money is worth so much more than this and I am going to ask my company to remove you as a recommended hotel for corporate travel . Not enough towels, didn’t finish cleaning my room. The list goes on and on and on .

Beautiful hotel! Nice amenities. Nicest staff. I would really like to experience the outdoor bar but it has rained on all of my trips. Maybe next time.
