Had a wonderful experience here and Ms. Shirley Nelli at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating of me to make sure I had the best stay.

Absolutely loved it! Will be coming back in a couple weeks. Hopefully We will be able to host our family reunion here. We have a big family. This hotel would be absolutely perfect for us.

Nice, but dated. In all my experience, I've never seen a roach at a hotel, but I did here and will now have to call the exterminator for my home.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge part of that was because of Shirley and Nelly at the front desk. They are two of the most incredibly helpful, thoughtful, warm, and caring people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a hotel. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made our stay feel personal and special. They didn’t simply provide excellent service — they made us feel like valued guests and, honestly, like friends. When people talk about Southern hospitality, Shirley and Nelly’s names should be right at the top of the list. They embody everything that phrase is supposed to mean: warmth, generosity, kindness, genuine care, and making people feel at home. The hotel is lucky to have such wonderful people representing it. Shirley and Nelly truly made our stay memorable, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did for us. Thank you, Shirley and Nelly, for showing us what exceptional hospitality really looks like. You are absolutely the heart of this hotel! ❤️

Adam and Rene are absolutely Amazing Joshua at the front desk Amazing. The room on the other hand was horrible completely not updated in years and I paid for an upgraded room. The valet only in it for the tips. I really want to like the hotel, room service was great. Put a microwave in the upgraded rooms at least.
