Wonderful stay!
Had a wonderful stay! Great location! Fantastic and friendly staff-shout out to John who checked us in and Adam in the bar was wonderful! Would stay again and highly recommend!

The location is great. I would definitely not book through a travel booking site because they give you the worn out room. We selected a deluxe King and on the website it looks very nice and updated and says upper or top floor. What we got was definitely not that. The floors were badly marked and scuffed up and the wallpaper in the bathroom area with the tub was splattered with what I hope was toothpaste. You hear a lot of traffic noise especially car racing. The coffee shop closes at 1pm on a weekend!! That was shocking…talk about lose money with those hours. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either.

I had an excellent stay at the Whitehall Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. The service exceeded my expectations, and every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. I truly appreciated the care and quality the hotel provided throughout my visit. I would definitely stay at the Whitehall Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing Hotel
The White Hall Hotel is a great place to stay at. The hotel is very clean and the decor is beautiful. We were met with a warm and friendly welcome as soon as we pulled up to the valet booth. We were then registered by Ms Shirley B who was the friendliest person ever. Our check-in was comfortable and expeditious. The room was very clean with an amazing view of Houston from our window. The Manager Sal Katri is doing an amazing job with the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

Road noise
Stayed here for a one night stop over. It was clean, bathroom a little tired & dated. Staff welcoming & friendly. But oh my days location is right on top of a busy road & the traffic noise made it so difficult to sleep & for this reason wouldn’t consider returning.
