Built in the style of an ancient Thai village, Anantara Resort & Spa Hua Hin is a fine reflection of the town’s royal roots. In the 1920s, Rama VI and Rama VII built summer residences here to escape Bangkok’s stifling heat, and it’s still a seaside destination for aristocracy. Anantara’s interpretation is embellished with rich hardwoods, Thai silks and private balconies or terraces where guests can preside in peace over their exotic terrain.

Beautiful, clean rooms and very lush surroundings. Above all, we were highly impressed with the kids' club team; they were attentive and provided plenty of activities for the children. See you next time.

Thank you to Khun Nunnie for checking us in and giving us a complimentary late check-out, and also to another lady who escorted us to the room (sorry I didn’t remember her name), the staff at the pool bar, and the security guard. Everyone was so nice, warm, and kind throughout our stay. Also, thank you to the receptionist who answered the phone from room 620 when my husband called to ask if the hotel had any painkillers. She kindly offered to have her team walk to 7-Eleven to get medicine for us, which was honestly beyond my expectations. We didn’t want to trouble the staff, so we went ourselves, but her generosity and willingness to help really impressed us. The hotel has a beautiful tropical Thai-style atmosphere with lots of activities to do. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again.

It was suppose to be 2 days 2 nights relaxing experience but we end up staying there for 5 hours! Because... 1. No buggies/golf cart from parking to lobby 2. Clutter outside the room the maid cleaning cart and portable beds laying around the path to the room plus ours was next to a storage room with broken door 3. Noise/riot from next room 4. Garden hose laying around to the pool area more like a death trap! In short for name and reputation of this Anantara doesn't live up to the expectation and the quality of the other ones in Phuket and Chiang Mai (minus -5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)
