Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin

This was our second stay at this beautiful and historic hotel. The location and design are perfect for every eventuality. During the day you can bask in the beautifully kept gardens surrounding the pool and be forgiven for thinking that you are the only hotel for miles around. And then in the evening you can exit via the side gate at the front, through still more gardens and immediately be in the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin. But what keeps us returning though are the exemplary staff under the leadership of Jan (hotel manager). Everything single one is polite, friendly and warm. They will make your stay and absolutely pleasure.

The hotel has so many repeaters returning year after year which speaks volumes to hotel management and staff. I would not recommend this hotel to family’s as it mainly adults of the older generation. While we were there a refurbishment is in full swing yes you can some noise but it is well managed. The rooms are of good size and still hold the character of times passed …note the sockets are at floor level and there are no USB connections within the rooms so make sure you take 2 pin adapters. We had problem in our room and swift action was taken to move us and included a small room upgrade My thanks to Aor and her team. The staff throughout the hotel are trained to a very high standard. While we were there only one restaurant was open ,the railway was closed opening 2nd week in November. However this was not a problem as there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance The steak house down the Main Street and the Gingerfire inside the Hilton were very good. Massage I have never seen so many shops in the area , you take your chances. Would we visit again yes , although the travelling time from the airport to Hua Hin is around 3 to 4 hours which is a bit of an off put.

This wonderful place, its fine management, attentive staff, and fellow guests all contributed to a super holiday. We're already making plans to return next year. Thank you Centara!!!

We visit this hotel every year in October and will continue to do so. This time we came for 6 weeks and I cannot recommend it highly enough.. Jan the manager is always on hand, to sort any problems. “Tony” Jans assistant is always available to, on Jans day off There is not one staff member that stands out, because each and every one of them treat you like family. It will be nice when the renovations are complete, but I must say, you would not notice works going on. Food is excellent at the breakfast area and Coast serves great food most of the day and evening. We look forward to returning to our Happy Place

Yet another fantastic holiday in the best hotel in Hua Hin. We were a bit concerned this year as they are upgrading one of the wings and thought it might be noisy. We needn't have worried, there was no noise at all. This hotel has everything. A perfect beachside location and right in the middle of things. The best part is the outstanding staff who can't do enough for you. Roll on next year, so that we can get back to our home from home.
