Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin

I have stayed here many times over, and this stay was especially important as it would be my last time while living here in Thailand. I had my family from overseas as well. As always - we loved the colonial, expansive beauty of this property, the stunning beach and ocean views, the delicious buffets, the recreation facilities, the well-kept gardens….. but most of all, we loved the special love and care we received from hotel GM Jan, Operations Head Khun Aor, and the entire staff of this magnificent property. This is my forth stay at this truly wonderful hotel. I would like to say a very big thank you to all the staff I encountered during my stay. You all went above and beyond in making our stay truly memorable. Our room was large with a beautiful view of The Colonial pool and the sea beyond. The bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets. Sitting on our large balcony was an absolute pleasure. The food in the restaurants was excellent This hotel holds magical qualities for me and I will return at the first opportunity.

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the staff in their stylish, old-fashioned uniforms, you feel as if you have been transported back to a bye gone age of Colonial luxury. Everything about the hotel is stylish and luxurious. Even if you do not stay in the hotel, I would recommend visiting it. The grounds are simply stunning, and although right in the middle of town is so peaceful. The Railway restaurant, Elephant bar, Coast Bistro and especially the Museum tea room are all fabulous. They look as if nothing has changed since the 1920's and the quality of food and level of service is all 5 star. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel.

First visit to Centara Hua Hin even though not my first trip to Hua Hin. The building structure attracted my partner and I so we booked a 2 night stay to celebrate my birthday. Sunrise view was fantastic and was just metres away from my villa. Hospitality throughout was excellent though a blip during my breakfast at the cafe. Staff told me no singlet was allowed even though there was no mention of this on the sign board. Massage was one of the better ones we experienced. Both of us fell asleep during our 60 minute massage. Great humming record. Will stay here again when I go Hua Hin

I’m writing this from my terrace, we have two more nights but I feel confident in reviewing now. What a wonderful place to visit, we have loved every minute. The staff are what make this hotel, they are so dedicated and friendly from the grounds staff, who work tirelessly, the room staff who are kind and efficient and take pride in their work. All of the restaurant staff are amazing, attentive and friendly. The security greet you warmly everytime you pass and the reception desk have been helpful with anything we have needed. A truly wonderful experience. We were blessed to have a most wonderful spa day, this experience was heavenly and far beyond our expectations. We are already planning a return trip when the renovations are completed to see what is added to this magical place.
