First aid service provided proactively
We are impressed with the professional service of the team. My daughter accidentally got a minor cut on her toe. It was bleeding but we were sorting it out ourselves. A staff passed by and noticed us. She proactively approached us and asked if there is anything she could help. She mentioned she has a first aid license and could help on it. Then she helped to sterilized the wound and provided advice and plasters for us. She followed up on the next day too. We appreciated her help so much!

The staff are amazing!
We came as a group to celebrate a milestone birthday The staff are wonderful and did so many beautiful things to make sure the birthday was extra memorable All of the staff were beautiful Gib is a total standout. Funny warm and very professional. The property is very tired. We also noticed the staff worked very long days. I hope they are paid well and supported. They are the BEST thing about this property.

Good value and a pleasant stay
We stayed at the Movenpick for 3 nights in June 2026. This is a very pleasant villa style resort, located about 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin and in front of the beach. Check in was relatively easy. Our villa was well maintained and decently furnished, with plenty of room to move. There was a small private plunge pool in the back garden. The main pool area is expansive and well maintained, with a small bar pumping out expensive cocktails. Breakfast was just OK - not the standard that we've seen in other Accor properties but with a range broad enough that there is something for everyone. The gym is small and barely functional - strictly a box ticker for the resort. A major downside is that the resort is located at the end of the runway for the Hua Hin airport. There were times of the day that the noise was constant and very obtrusive. Valuewise, this was excellent - real bang for your buck. Accord Platinum status was acknowledged with a room upgrade, welcome chocolates and free breakfast. Overall, a good choice in Hua Hin, if you don't mind being a bit out of town.

a perfect getaway
Location, atmoshere, villas, cleanliness, service, amenities, and value to money extraordinary. It's like a paradise, you enter to a bubble, which you do not want to leave. Every member of the staff needs to be honored. The only scratch is the quality of the complementary cosmetics and ants present next to the pool & on the terrace in breakfast/ lunch restaurant.
