Movenpick a special stay!
We have just left Movenpick Resort Hua HIN after enjoying our wedding anniversary there for 4 nights. We had the pool villa. The pool was very clean and the Villa was faultless in terms of cleanliness and facilities provided. All the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a romantic dinner by the beach on our anniversary night and the set up with lights and candles was lovely. The food was exceptional. The service was perfect. This is coming to the end of our 9 month trip so we have stayed in many hotels etc during our time away. This stay was probably one of our most enjoyable. Whilst all the staff were terrific we perhaps saw Sky at the beach bar more than most. He was exceptional. Again nothing too much trouble. It’s currently off season so he was probably not as busy as usual but we were impressed by his care and service but also we observed when we weren’t at the bar he was attending to all sorts of things even from quite a distance away such as the farthest reaches of the pool or tables at the restaurant. We would highly recommend!

Serenity vacation
This was a repeat visit for us and we were welcomed back like family. Nothing was too much trouble and everyday smiled. Joey the guest liaison manager is awesome and always available for customers needs. The manager Paul is regularly seen and pops over for a chat. So many great people from the bar staff to the breakfast/ meal servers . At this time of year the resort is a peaceful oasis, the rooms very spacious and a lovely o ran view bar for 2 happy hours in the evening. I could go on forever with praising the staff here .
