Putahracsa Hua Hin

It' such a wonderful place and my favorite place to stay when i visited Hua Hin. The most recommended to who love nature they conserving natural environment lovely big tree and beautiful flower around the place . With full facilities Gym and 2 swimming pool and sand field. The hotel is very clean , all staff are friendly , kind . They also provide variety breakfast is quality of ingredients, freshness, and exceptional service. If you looking for place to recharge and clam your mind i would recommended this.

A fantastic all round time with Aoffy and Paung being the stand out staff, going above and beyond to make our stay fabulous- all the team in the hotel were superb and the environment super relaxing- even after 3 weeks we did not want to leave ❤️

Relaxing peaceful stay. All staff including security and gardeners were so friendly and are truly an asset to the hotel. Breakfast is exceptional and a nice setting on the Ocean side. If budget can stretch I would recommend a pool villa. Location is a 10 minute walk into town or there is a shuttle bus every hour. Highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Hua Hin will certainly stay here again

I stayed at Putahracsa Hua Hin on November 29, 2025, and I am deeply disappointed and saddened by the service I received. Specifically: 1) A welcome drink contained an insect. 2) My privacy as a hotel guest was seriously violated without my consent. The hotel attempted to verify my credit card payment and repeatedly requested my bank statement, despite the fact that I had already provided an email confirmation, my ID-related information, a screenshot from my banking app showing the payment, and even though it is “highly personal my bank statement”. Despite my refusal, the staff “insisted on taking photos of my bank statement”, even after I explained that it contains my complete transaction history and is strictly confidential. I still do not understand why they insisted, when there were other ways to verify my identity and payment. I would like to thank the man (I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not) who came to understand the issue and apologize, even through i “did not hear an apology from any other staff member” (and I apologize if I misunderstood) As someone who came with the intention of relaxing, I am truly disappointed with the standards of a five-star hotel that enforces policies which “seriously infringe on guests’ privacy”. Finally, I sincerely hope that the hotel will address these issues in a more professional manner befitting a five-star establishment, to ensure these similar issues would not occur in the future. Very nice Place and good location. Very friendly and helpful Staff Nice room with nice terrace very clean and price was good for what I got so no complaints at all 😁
