Wonderful art deco hotel on the river bank opposite the citadel The interior has a lot of original features and a very friendly and helpful team Breakfast buffet is all you need and sitting on the terrace in the cooler early hours is a great way to start the day We had a top floor room with a river view which was great - super terrace to sit in the evening breeze after a day’s sightseeing The only issue is unfortunately someone has built a large entertainment pavilion right in front of the hotel so lower level rooms will have lost their river views (see photo). Not the hotels fault but request higher floors when booking Superb experience

Favorite hotel in Vietnam so far! I booked directly through the hotel for a Tet package which was a marvelous value. 1) Lovely setting: I especially enjoyed sitting outside the lobby area for afternoon tea, and enjoying a cold Huda beer. Seems they offer complimentary refreshment for guests as well including cakes and fruit. 2) Amazing pool. Hue was about 25-26 degrees when we visited but the pool was amazing especially after a long day of visiting temples and the Citadel 3) service: genuinely the most friendly and attentive service we have experienced in Vietnam. Starting with the car ride from the airport which included cold towel service, cookies and water. Then, the staff even helped me to fix the handle which had broken off my suitcase after a Vietjet flight. For my jeep tour, they even stored my luggage until the company could come pick up my suitcases after. They also take credit card which is An amazing convenience in Vietnam. 4) Parfum restaurant was such a lovely place to enjoy Hue local specialties for breakfast lunch and dinner. Reasonable pricing and very convenient especially during Tet when many places outside are closed. Also the breakfast included in the room is amazing Also loved the details of the room, which clearly have been lovingly renovated and maintained. The complimentary services include snack bar with cashews which my wife loved.

Fantastic old colonial style hotel with very modern up to date rooms, lovely staff, extremely helpful concierge, driver Khoa was brilliant, thoroughly recommend

Omg 😆! This hotel was wonderful about everything !!! My husband and I stayed there last month when we visited Hue for the first time. The concierge lady Ms. Moon (Nguyet) helped us organize our private tours to visit Important sites in Hue including the former DMZ areas. Our city tour guide Ms. Van was very helpful to show us the imperial palace and the Tu Duc Pagoda. She explained every aspect of the sites we visited. Our second tour to DMZ with Ms. Hai was very informative about the area and she was very patient when we walked through the tunnel. Thank you both very much for excellent tours !! The hotel also provided our personal driver Mr. Quy who picked us up from the airport and drove us around everywhere when we did our private tours. He also drove us all the way to Hoi An. We appreciate his service very much for his very safe and comfortable driving. We were also very happy with two ladies who provided great massages to me and my husband. Thank you, Ms. Vi and Ms. Anh. The spa manager lady was always very welcoming whenever I visited the spa during my stay. We were always very pleased with the servers at the restaurant, too. Ms. Ti was very friendly and hospitable while we had our special imperial colonial dinner. My husband and I can’t thank you enough for all the wonderful hospitality during our stay !! You made our stay very special !!! We will be back for sure !!!!

The hotel is wonderful. We had an unexpectedly interrupted stay, my daughter became very ill on our first evening (and my son and I also but not as badly) of our stay and the leaders of the hotel were fantastic. Hotel manager gave my wife her WhatsApp direct contact & ensured all staff were aware of our issue and everybody went above and beyond over the three days of her illness/recovery to help us, ensured her comfort and look after us all. Really felt as though we were treated as family by the staff who were so amazing through the experience. Hotel doctor was excellent also, and the management team and all staff, the servers in the restaurant through to the front desk and concierge services all were genuinely concerned for her and looked after us all so wonderfully I can not express how appreciative we are of your wonderful hotel and the staff there. I can’t imagine being so well looked after anywhere else as we were here. We extended our stay by a night while she recovered and the staff helped shift and arrange tours for those of us well enough to go later in the stay. The hotel itself is also beautiful and spacious, and the pool and spa services top quality. I would unreservedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Hue.
