Azerai La Residence, Hue

We loved our stay at the Azerai. We were grateful to be able to swim at the end of hot day of sightseeing. The hotel is full of old world charm and the rooms are very comfortable. But it’s the service that really makes the place. Vy at the front desk gave us many restaurant recommendations and all of them were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which added to the experience. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

What an amazing entrance, feels like we stumbled into a Poirot novel, just lovely. Rooms are clean bit a little dated and only a curtain for the bathroom door. Great hotel, lovely pool area, great breakfast and service from Reception. Nia welcomed us so well but star of the show is Oahn,the bar tender. What a lovely man, made beautiful cocktails and when we were sitting outside, came to spray us with mosquito lotion, just in case! We didnt get bitten, thank you to Oahn, you are a wonderful man.

We liked the hotel a lot, but the room was a bit outdated. It's nearby the city center and a very nice park to walk around. Lots of activities during the night with boats on the river. The hotel breakfast is amazing. Can definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great experience at La Residence. We got upgraded to an amazing suite that had a living room and a separate large Bathroom. It had access to a large deck that was incredible. The restaurant was excellent and had an excellent dinner as well as breakfast. The service could not be beat and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hue.

I had the pleasure of staying at Azerai La Résidence, Huế during your 7th anniversary celebration, and I must say — every detail contributed to a truly memorable experience. Choosing to stay atAzerai was undoubtedly the right decision. From the moment of check-in to the spa services, bar, in-room dining, and the complimentary bicycle service — every aspect exceeded my expectations. A solid 10/10. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Thi (Reservations), Ms. Nguyet, and Mr. Thinh from the Front Office team. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, even during a complimentary stay using a voucher — a situation that can sometimes feel uncomfortable at other properties, but certainly not here. There is just one suggestion I would like to make for future improvement: I recommend installing a bike chain guard. Unfortunately, my pants were stained by chain grease, and the marks have proven difficult to remove. Thank you once again for such a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning soon
