Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa

Great resort! Great location! Resort was beautiful, plenty of things to do without leaving. Restaurants were great, rooms were nice and spacious. Too cold to swim but the pools were beautiful. Would stay again!

wifi didn't work and fees were not informed about ahead of time, overall clean hotel, easy access to the beach, has a lot of shops and restaurants close by.

Beautiful resort with friendly staff and well kept property. Food at Tower15 Pizzeria and at Watertable was delicious. The pool was nice and clean with perfect water temp. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and walking at the beach. Great globalist benefits with upgrade to a suite at the check in. This was our third time visiting the resort, and the cleanliness and the customer service remain top notch.

The facility is outstanding! We visited with three other couples and found plenty of great spaces to gather whether sitting by the fire in the evening, enjoying a meal together, or relaxing with a beverage. Everything was comfortable and beautifully maintained. Our stay was wonderful, and the thoughtful surprise for our 40th anniversary made it even more special. Highly recommend.

The most concerning thing to me here is the way their practices health and safety procedures. They have a nice ocean front pool and hot tub but they allow babies and toddlers in the spa with diapers on that sag to their knees and you can see the waste getting into the water. There is a sign that says no one under 14 permitted to use the spa. I actually got a rash after using their pools. When I brought this to their attention they were rude to me (Jenny the recreation manager) told me that was an outdated rule and that those kids are allowed in the pools and going to the bathroom in them and then just blew it off. I couldn’t help but wonder what other health and safety guidelines they are ignoring. I am repulsed by this, people can get very sick bathing in sewage. I wouldn’t recommend eating their food or using their pools due to the lack of health and safety sanitation practices here. Otherwise it is a beautiful and relaxing ocean front property right on the beach. It is way overpriced though and a bit dated. Also lots of people with babies and toddlers come here, my neighbor had a baby that cried the whole time and woke me up in the morning for three nights. I would recommend staying somewhere else and just walking up and visiting here rather than staying here.
