Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa

Great property. Great location. GREAT staff. We have stayed at this property for staycations, but I was pleasantly impressed with the staff on this business trip. They seem to love the company and it showed.

Horrible Customer service. They promised me a late check out as the american express benefits states as a benefit. They told me if I upgrade then I will have the late check out as well. I upgraded to the presidential suite and they changed the promise and kicked me out early. Great Hotel but the customer service is horrible. They did not try to make it up to me in any way. I woke my baby early and left the hotel with a cranky baby. They dont care that I spent a few grand extra for the upgrade. They will kick you out after they get your money

Absolutely amazing stay! The staff provided true 5-star service from start to finish. The room was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is stunning. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a business conference and our annual awards ceremony. The conference space was easily accessible and very large. We also enjoyed time at the pool on 2 separate afternoons. The staff at all the onsite restaurants were very kind and knowledgeable. What a view from everywhere !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Spanish-style resort. The ocean views are breathtaking, and the direct beach access via the bridge is so convenient. We especially loved the relaxing hot tubs .It’s the perfect place for a coastal getaway!
