My Stay at Hyatt Regency Huntington BeachResort
Customer service is poor and the employees can not even give correct directions. They charge $60 for late check out even for their Gold members unlike Omni Resorts. They overcharge for Valet at $60 a night and their resort fee of $60 a night is a joke for Services they provide. A much difference experience you expect from a 5 star resort.

This hotel was truly amazing! I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the whole facility. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The room had a perfect amount of space. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay, and I can't wait to visit again.

Stunning Views, Disappointing Dining
The hotel delivered in many ways: stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful walkway leading right onto the beach. Unfortunately, the dining options—both on the property and close by, were the weak link, with food and service that didn’t match the overall experience.

Wonderful family vacation
Amazing vacation experience, bridge connects to the beach so no need to worry about busy traffic. Staff was kind and friendly and answered questions we had. Amenities were terrific.
