Best Staff
We are locals & can’t say enough great things about Pasea Hotel & Spa. Just this past week we got a couples massage on Wednesday which is always exceptional. Today we had a cabana at the pool which was perfect. We love the staff, From Melissa & team at Arna Spa Timothy & Emily always take great care of us . And can’t forget all the great members of the Valet team. Raymond, Roland, Jake & rest of the guys take such good care of us . This is our second home . Keep up the amazing job! KF

Lauren, our poolside server was wonderful. We went on July 31, 2025. Everything was clean, service was prompt and correct, and we had a fun day.

I Loved Pasea
Such a relaxing stay!! Was here for a weekend and wish I was able to stay longer. Was lucky enough to be greeted by Andrew at the valet, you can tell he really takes his job seriously with the professionalism. I wasn’t able to catch the check in employees name but they were super friendly upon arrival. Will definitely have to be back soon and check out their rooftop bar as I heard their drinks are amazing, but sadly I did not have the opportunity to stop by on my last visit!!

Lauren is the best pool wait staff
Lauren at the page's pool is excellent. She always remembers i like ice in my drink. And what ice pop i want . WAnd want lunch is my favorite. She just as nice as nice can be great service. Away checking to see ifvi need anything. Just the best.

Tim Finley is SPECTACULAR as an operations manager. He made sure that everyone was comfortable at our cabana with a personal visit, and most of all, because we are locals, he cares about his community and occasionally hosts our Pacific Coast Run Club! Beyond the immaculately well-kept grounds and facilities, Nicole at the pool was so supportive especially when my toddler lost his shoes 😂 and gave us a new pair of Pasea sandals for the time being. There was a mistake on my tab (fries were not delivered with the burgers) and you know what the staff did when I let them know? They took the burgers off the bill! That is what I call customer service. I’ve been to the hotel many times over -for the spa, the restaurant, the pool, etc. It’s well worth your time!
