Riva Yacht Harbour Hotel

Great location on the water! Fantastic views of the ocean at breakfast! The gym shouldn’t be called a gym. The weights are a joke. Yes there’s cardio equipment but I stayed here for strength training at the “gym” they advertised. The breakfast was beautiful but was not good. My soft scrambled eggs were hard as rocks. The hollandaise has curry. The yogurt is watery. Not many options for protein. The rooms are lovely but extremely small. Hard to even walk in the room. I was doing my morning push ups in the bathroom because there was no room anywhere else!

The service here truly went above and beyond. As soon as we stepped off the ferry, an associate was waiting to pick us up and assist with our luggage. During check-in, the staff took the time to recommend the best ways to explore the region, which was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and our server even thoughtfully packed it to go for us when we were departing. To top it all off, the staff helped take our luggage back onto the ferry when we left. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. The location is ideal, but what really sets this property apart is the genuinely warm and attentive staff. They made our entire stay feel effortless and welcoming!

Amazing, what a great hotel and the location is unbelievable. Staff were brilliant, the hotel was top quality and really clean. Ober looking the Harbour was a great choice when booking the room. Food at breakfast was really good, I would absolutely stay here again and plan on doing next year when we go back to hvar. Nice touches like a nespresso machine in the room just made it for me personally. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We stayed at Riva Marina as a family, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our Croatia trip. What makes this hotel truly special is its people. The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay memorable. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was one of the best we had during our trip, with a fantastic selection and excellent quality. One of our favorite memories was watching the FIFA World Cup semifinal together with our family and the other guests. It created such a fun and friendly atmosphere that made us feel like part of a community rather than just visitors staying at a hotel. By the time we checked out, we had completely fallen in love with the place. We were genuinely sad to leave and only wished we had planned to stay a few more days. If you’re looking for a hotel with character, exceptional hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere right in the heart of Hvar, I would highly recommend Riva Marina.
