We just had the most amazing 2 nights staying at this beautiful hotel. From the moment you disembark you are welcomed and taken to the wonderful reception, the smell , decor and staff tell you it’s going to be good. We were blessed to stay in the beautiful suite and we didn’t want to leave. Sitting watching the bustle of Hvar from our terrace was an absolute joy . A truly memorable stay in this very special hotel & island , thank you so much.

There is nothing to fault this hotel except the sea view rooms are too small, unless you are a solo traveller with no suitcase. The location is excellent, right next to the water where the ferry comes in. It is lively but not noisy. The included breakfast at the BB Club is excellent. The locally made croissants and bagels are so light plus there is plenty of hot choices. The breakfast manager, Irma is extremely helpful and polite. Our sea view room was plush but the design could have made better use of the limited space. Get rid of the chair by the window and there would be room to open a suitcase. If I stayed here again I would upgrade to a larger room

We loved our stay at Riva Marina. The location can’t be beat (1 minute from the ferry) and the service is exceptional. The employees are very friendly and happy to give you advice on what to do and see. The view from the hotel room is stunning and the windows keep all street noise out. Everything you can possibly want is a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast is included and is delicious. The rooms are small but very comfortable and beautifully decorated. While some guests complained about the size of the room, we were able to unpack and store our suitcases to the side, so we had no issues. Be aware that the door to the bathroom is clear glass which doesn’t provide much privacy. This was an issue for us because we were traveling with 2 teenagers of the opposite gender, but we made it work. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

I visited Riva Marina a few days ago with some friends, and we had such a lovely evening. We came for cocktails, and Berna, the bartender, was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really knew her craft. Her positive energy made a big difference! Our waiter, Marin, was also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The service overall was warm and professional. Definitely a place I’d recommend for a relaxed night out with friends. Thanks again, Berna and Marin!

Lovely hotel, what makes it excellent are the staff, they are the best ever, friendly, efficient and can’t do enough for you. The beds are really comfortable, we agree that the rooms are small but we managed for a week. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and together with the excellent service it was a joy. It’s interesting to sit and have cocktails or drinks on the terrace and watch the world go by. Hvar you have our heart, Hopefully we will be back one day.
