During my recent stay at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing world-class hospitality, thanks to Mr. Kiran. From the moment I arrived until the time of my departure, his attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism truly stood out and elevated my entire visit. Mr. Kiran ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless — from a smooth check-in process to personalized room arrangements and thoughtful recommendations during my time at the hotel. He consistently went above and beyond to make me feel not just like a guest, but genuinely welcomed and cared for. What impressed me the most was his proactive approach. Whether it was assisting with special requests, coordinating services with precision, or simply offering a warm smile and courteous greeting each day, Mr. Kiran exemplified what true hospitality is all about. His dedication reflects the high standards Park Hyatt is known for, and he is undoubtedly an asset to the team. Excellent staff, very helpful and responsive. Good amenities in all the rooms. All areas are neat and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Truly Five star experience. The suite I was staying was very spacious and well maintained. Well taken care of my needs and service was superb, Especially by Ms. Nivedita Dutta.

First the positives: the hotel is in a great location - very central in Hyderabad. This helps a lot as traffic can get pretty terrible in Hyd (though still nothing like Bangalore). The service is terrific - the staff there are extremely polite and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The hotel lobby is nice. Breakfast is adequate - though it isn't on par with other 5 star hotels I've stayed in Hyderabad. The entire vibe is fairly dark - which is fine honestly. The hotel has far bigger issues. The rooms - this is the main problem with the hotel. Most of the rooms have a strong smoking smell in them and the rooms look like they have been used and abused beyond repair. I have attached some pictures - the couches have stains on them, the floors have scratches and stains, the kitchens (if you get upgraded to a one bedroom suite) are fairly dirty as well. When we pointed these stains/wear to the reception staff, they were extremely nice and tried to move us to another room. We ended up looking at no less than 5 rooms and all of them had the same smell/wear issue. All in 90% of the rooms feel very dirty for a Park Hyatt. I would expect this from a Hyatt Place but not a PH. We have stayed in every room in the hotel - including the presidential suite. It really seemed to me that all of them were in desperate need of renovation. If you're okay with worn out/smelly rooms (as some in our party were), then this hotel is more than adequate. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
