Average luxuries, felt ordinary overall, except for some of the staff. There are other brands who offer more in this category for the prices. Evening dinner options were limited, guests are sectioned to certain areas if they are order refreshments. While staff is helpful, it lacks the welcoming aspects of Taj and ITC.

Except housekeeping department, front desk and especially F&B staff the one who takes order for IRD are so rude and unapologetic all the time. They feel burden if they have to repeat something over the call and talk with voice of so much of attitude as if they are not happy at all. I am staying here right now and it's the same story everytime. Moreover, the food was stale and when I sent it back and requested a call back no one actually came up with a solution. I also asked the staff to send the food back to chef but again no response from their as well. No loop back no assurance. No one smile here, least bothered even on their on mistakes. I was planning to checkin here with family on a vacation but a big NO.

Great hotel, though a bit older and not very modern or contemporary. Excellent service, nice breakfast, and very helpful staff. The pool, health club, and other facilities were also very good. Spacious rooms with great beds and cozy pillows — I would definitely go back!

I was particularly appreciative of Front desk staff’s efforts in accommodating my request for an early check-in. It made a significant difference to my travel experience. The lovely touch of having tea ready upon my arrival was both thoughtful and refreshing, setting the perfect tone for my stay. Ms. Jagriti's warm demeanor and attentive service truly made me and my colleague feel welcome and valued, and I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. It's rare to encounter such dedication and hospitality, and it certainly left a positive impression. Thank you for having such wonderful staff. I look forward to my next visit and will surely share my experience with others.

Was in Hyderabad for a job interview. The team made sure I got the room early so that I could rest. Super grateful to the team for the same. I had stayed here almost 10 years ago with my dad. And the only thing I remembered was great food. The hotel has improved in all aspects. Keep up the good work folks.
