We had worst experience in Park Hyatt Hyderabad. After the room has been allocated, we discovered several issues, hot water not working, issues with safe, sink was clogged and access card did not work. Never expected this in a five star hotel like Park Hyatt Hyderabad. Very disappointed!

There are several areas where this hotel needs improvement: 1. Arrival Experience: We reached around 10 PM, but no staff outside came forward to assist with luggage. I had to personally lift my 23-kg bag from the taxi and hand it over for scanning. This is something I’ve never experienced even at 4-star hotels, and it set the wrong tone for a so-called luxury property. 2. Check-In: At reception, the staff member was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite my advance request for an interconnected room with my friend, it was dismissed outright. Instead, I was told I was being “upgraded” to a city-view room, which turned out to be in poor condition with peeling wallpaper. This was very disappointing and not aligned with the level of service expected at a 5-star hotel. 3. Breakfast Service: The buffet spread was good, but service again fell short. On one morning, I was dining with my 4-month-old baby and requested assistance from a staff member to help me pick up a few items (idli and vada), as I had the baby in my arms and no one else with me. The staff flatly refused, saying they could only serve items from the live counter, and I would need to get the rest myself. This was highly insensitive and not at all reflective of five-star hospitality. Thankfully, another staff member, Sujoy, was very kind and stepped in to help, which I truly appreciated. Overall, these experiences — from luggage handling to reception to breakfast service — show that the hotel falls short of true 5-star standards. There were other issues as well, but these are just a few examples. Unfortunately, overall service standards fell short, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true five-star experience.

Staying at the Park Hyatt was a truly delightful experience, with excellent ambience and warm hospitality. I had a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of South Indian dishes.
