Pathetic Service and Rude Staff
Pathetic service and rude front desk staff... Wasted inr 50K for 3 days.. Although it was company sponsored but a waste of money.. Added Hyatt Gachibowli to No Booking list for our organisation.

Memorable two days stay at Hyatt, Gachibowli
A pleasant experience starting from check-in to check out, The staff was very much cooperative and took care of us. I liked the buffet breakfast spread. The podi idlis were perfect, and the ghee idli, with karam dosam, the green sandwich was superb. Varieties of Parata were served on request which is something I liked, Straight from pan. And egg varieties were also delicious. I never had Palak Upma. I am hater of Upma, but here I simply like it, taste and texture wise it was superb.

Great experience
From start to finish it was relaxing and seamless experience Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Hyderabad we were warmly greeted by Abhijeet at front desk who truly set the tone for our experience he was incredibly Polite and accommodating, The next morning breakfast was equally impressive with great spread, a thoughtful touch was Ms.Himani was personally checking with us to ensure everything met our expectations May be an instruction manual for the coffee machine in the rooms would’ve been helpful, Just keep up the good work

Not so good!!
Extremely poor service and run down property, though shines in the food department. Overall property is old and customer service is questionable. Better properties available at similar prices in the city. My experience was something I would like to forget!!
