Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad

Absolutely brilliant! We were there last week, 6th to 8th Oct, from the time we got picked up at the airport to arrival, the horse drawn carriage taking us to the main lobby, absolutely brilliant! We had mentioned my bday was being celebrated, from the room to the restaurants, they kept giving us cakes n roses! Food was brilliant and staff so very polite right to our last day. I cannot recommend this enough, stayed at a lot of Taj properties but this one took the cake! Keep up the good work, to paraphrase Arnold, 'we will be back'!

Had a very lovely time thanks due to the amazing service led by Mr. Abdul Nasar the restaurant manager marshalling a most excellent team comprising Messrs Pujan and Pudi Babu. The entire experience very ably curated by Mr. Saurav I would most definitely recommend it hands down as the best old school experience down south.

We booked our stay for our thirtieth wedding anniversary. The property is absolutely stunning, well maintained and is matched only by the excellent service delivered by the Taj team. They made an effort to enquire beforehand whether we were staying for a special occasion & they made it feel like a special occasion. We were treated like royalty and made to feel special at every single opportunity, right from our welcome to our meals,treats, a special celebration, guidance how to enjoy the property to its potential to the warmth of every staff member who interacted with us. Nothing was an inconvenience for this team. Our room was lovely, great bathroom & toiletries, housekeeping were like invisible fairies- did not interrupt us at all but our room was pristine. Food was second to none; the evening Sufi music of high quality. Don't miss the pool area- great place to be. While we received hospitality of the highest order from all, we would particularly highlight some individuals. Salman Saurav Nasr Santosh Chef Arun Reddy We were very impressed by the food at Ada & Celeste under his umbrella and also by his very 'hands on' approach to making sure guests receive the best representation of regional culinary delights available at Falaknuma. Rao Jehangir who met us at the entrance and whose wonderful welcome, and stunning pictures and videos gave us the best start to our stay. Dhanush—who looked after us several times after welcoming us at the main palace , checking us in & providing such a useful introduction about the palace which really added to our stay. Meraj Chef Kaushal Front office manager Mr Rahul Bajeta pulled all the stops out. Mr Srikent, who leads his team admirably - they all seemed to love working at Falaknuma & give off their best.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj Falaknuma. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and we were welcomed very warmly. A special thanks to Pydi Babu, Ram Babu, Ramesh, Saurav, and Rama Krishna for making our dining experience so memorable. Their attention to detail and warm service really stood out.
