My experience with Taj Falaknuma Hyderabad
I recently stayed at Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad, and it was truly a delightful experience. The property beautifully captures the old Hyderabadi charm, making you feel like you’ve stepped back into royal history. The culinary experience was exceptional — the biryani and paya soup were absolutely authentic and flavorful, perfectly reflecting the richness of Hyderabadi cuisine, along with world-class culinary grandeur across the meals. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff (special kudos to Bommasani Sudhakar, Sumanth and Nasar) were extremely kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Sudhakar was especially thoughtful and warm with my kid, which made the experience even more comfortable and memorable for our family. Highly recommended. 🌟

Nice restaurant and heritage walk
We had the heritage walk and dinner at the Adaa restaurant. The heritage walk was lovely and very informative. The restaurants food was super nice; they serve traditional Hyderabadi food. Service provided by Nasar & Sumanth was very professional and enhanced our experience.

Amazing stay and even better service.
It is given that the palace is a beautiful place to stay, but what made it feels like home was the service, the bubble bath at 2 AM in the night, the early morning Chai, the late night tour of the palace by the guard, made me feel so special! It was worth every penny we spent! I have to thank Jagjeevan who took amazing care of us and gave us everything we needed, Srikanth for taking care all the meals and arranging everything I asked for without saying no and Nasar for being a spectacular host and he didn't leave any scope for complaints!

Royal Food Experience at Adaa
We booked an evening at ADAA the Indian restaurant for a truly royal experience with our European friends. The restaurant didn't disappoint be it the highly attentive and warm staff namely Nasar, Sudhakar and Sumanth. The food is delectable amidst the grand ambience. Definitely an experience not to be missed.

Evening at Adaa with friends
We dined at Adaa, the food was extraordinary and the service was excellent! Especially we would like to mention Mr Nasar, Mr Sudhakar and Mr Sumanth. They have taken care of our dietary restrictions very well and understood our preference.
