We had a wonderful time at the Celeste Restaurant at Taj Falaknuma. Good food and an even better service. We had an 8 month old with us - they were kind enough to prepare baby food for her. Thanks to Sudhakar, Nasar, Santosh and the team for a great hospitality.

Hospitality and cordial behaviour of hotel staff specially to mention Mr Abid made the stay very pleasant. Due to initiative and guidance of Mr Abid we could visit many historical and beautiful places in Hyderabad in our short stay.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Celeste, tucked within the breathtaking Taj Falaknuma Palace, and it was nothing short of a royal masterclass in hospitality. Our evening was flawlessly orchestrated by Nasar, Sudhakar, Sumanth, Saro, and Charu, whose attention to detail was unmatched. The culinary experience was exquisite—each course was thoughtfully curated to delight every palate. In a truly extraordinary gesture, Nasar went above and beyond by arranging a group of Sufi singers for a private live performance that perfectly captured the palace's soul. Between the iconic historic setting, the flowing bubbly, and the impeccable service, Falaknuma Palace remains the gold standard for milestone celebrations. Our deepest thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable night.

Hospitality at its highest is experienced here, whether within or outside of Taj Group. Staying at some of the best properties in around 25 countries, I can comfortably say that the staff is simply extraordinary. We got the best welcome and orientation to the room and property by Kavya, she was extremely kind and graceful, made us feel right at home. Always full of surprise, when you least expect. Mr. Rao : the security incharge, is a masterful photographer, always happy to make your moments come alive. Post our wedding, some of the best photographs has been clicked by him in this palace. Last but definitely not the least, the experience at Gol Bungalow restaurant is a site to behold, overlooking the enter city, and experiencing the folk songs. Each and every request is however little or large is tirelessly catered to by the restaurant team lead by Nasir & Sudhakar, with their wonderful team Sumant & Jagjivan. It was easily the best managed serving experience, with what almost felt like a brigade service, with everything arriving at the perfect time on the table, like a symphony. Beautiful memories !
