Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad

I had the perfect vacation at Taj. The property is gorgeous and royal. The staff is so sweet. It feels like you are the only guest in the whole hotel; that’s how they take care of you. Perfect stay. Sudhakar, Nasar, Jwala and Jagjivan. Best place people and sp helpful!

A wonderful property that makes you feel like absolute royalty in every aspect. The rooms are very spacious with a garden just outside every room. The activities are also wonderful. As always, the service from Taj is impeccable. A special mention to Sudhakar ji at the restaurants, who made us feel like we are being served in his personal home. A definite recommendation from me if you wish to spend quality time with your family.

It was an amazing experience for my family, and I enjoyed the stayed alot. The staff took care of us really well. Check in was smooth, and well coordinated between us. Room was comfortable and well maintained. They have some really genuine and experienced staff namely, In front office : Aabid Shaikh, Imran Shaikh, Md.Qayyum. In food and beverage dept : Sahil, Mustafa, salman, Satyajit, and Abhijit were fabulous in their job. In House keeping: Ishwar, Banasree, and others whom names have slipped off from my mind. At the gate : Deepak, Md. Rahmat, and Pappu. Chauffeur: Raheem was fantastic.

This was my 4th visit to Falaknuma, and every time I visit, I feel the same desire to come back again. There is a unique sense of peace, elegance, and comfort that makes this place truly special. The staff is exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to serve with genuine care. A special mention to Mr. Abid Shake, the manager, who takes care of guests in the best possible way and makes sure every little detail is handled with warmth and attention. A place becomes memorable not only because of its beauty but because of the people who make you feel valued. If every place had such dedicated and caring staff, guests would always feel proud that their time, money, and wishes are respected and well taken care of. Falaknuma is truly a place where hospitality meets royalty. I look forward to visiting again and again

Hygienic and clean rooms, breath taking ambience, surrounding with nature. Good and professional Staff specially thanks to Mr Gopal Naik, Mr Aabid, Amjad,Mr Saurabh Kumar and Deepak durban for their dedicated support throughout the trip in making it a memorable experience. From horse chariot ride to sighting peacocks 🦚 in their natural habitat, qawali evenings and various activities like baking which keep kids engaged . Great job Falaknuma Palace Taj is Taj.
