My Wonderful Experience 10/10
I came here with my now wife for a full experience of the palace with a rooftop candle light dinner. The palace is absolutely breathtaking with such incredible architecture and history. Once we got to the dinner portion, our incredible experience really kicked off. We got a beautiful window view overlooking the Hyderabad skyline and the scene was wonderfully presented with live music and beautiful decor. We were presented with a 5 course luxury meal, with every item we tasted being some of the best we've had in all of Hyderabad. I came all the way from the US and wanted to try out different authentic foods the city has to offer. We were presented with such an elegant display of Hyderabad's best foods and we loved every bite we took. One thing that really stood out was how friendly, caring, respectful, accommodating, and so quick to help us in any way possible. Sudhakar, Nasar, and Sujal were the absolute best staff members and we could not have asked for anymore of a perfect experience as a way to celebrate my wife and I's recent wedding in Hyderabad.

Amazing experience 5/5
We went for a palace tour and dinner experience. The 5 course meal was amazing. The options for each course were beautifully put together and tasted incredible. Showed the true spirit of Hyderabad. Sudhakar, Nasar, Sujal, Jwala were truly helpful during the whole experience. They were very attentive and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Falaknuma - A Royal Palace Stay that lives up your dreams. Our stay was luxuriously comfortable .
Right from our entry to departure we were made comfortable & welcome . Hospitality at it's best beyond our expectations . All the staff were courteous & helpful . Our dinning experience could not have been better by the attentive services of Mr Sudhakar Sumanth who went out of his way to make us feel like Royalty .

Once again an absolutely perfect stay at Taj Falaknuma! Absolutely flawless! Special mention to Nasar, Sumant but the absolute star was Sudhakar! Always smiling, forever present whether early morning at breakfast or late night at dinner, attending to all the guest promptly and always going the extra mile!
