Royal Experience With Room for Improvement
I recently had opportunity to stay in Taj Falaknuma Palace for 1 night in room number 115 and 116 for wedding invitation Pros Property is maintained well exuding grandeur and luxury. The horse chariot and rose petal welcome was thoughtful that set tone for memorable stay. Rooms were spacious and well - appointed. Attar bath arrangement was lovely gesture. Cons Check-in process was slow it took 20 min to accommodate my request for rooms close to each other similarly check out baggage trolley took 15 min to reach our room. High Tea was disappointing with plain cakes and biscuits Breakfast did not initially include Hyderabadi dishes, staff arranged paya and kheema upon request,which was appreciated Wedding dinner on there 101 seater dinning table was slow taking long interval to serve the food. I was disappointed with there service compared to Taj Mahal Mumbai. Despite some hiccups it is must visit Property in Hyderabad

This was truly an epitome of Taj luxury at its finest. Food & service was top notch. A huge shoutout to Pranav & Monika who went beyond their way to make it a truly memorable experience!!!

Great lunch experience
I had a good experience for lunch at Adda there. Sudhakar was very courteous and helpful throughout by lunch there customizing the spice levels to my taste.
